"You people make me sick." Ryou suddenly snarled, slamming his hands down on the table and standing up. He turned and left without an explanation, going to the front door, grabbing his now-dry jacket he had worn yesterday. Yugi sighed, watching his friend leave the kitchen. Maybe they were all just too happy for Ryou? It didn't matter. In a few hours he would be feeling better. That was how it usually went. He chose to ignore it and laughed at Kawi's action, finding it oddly ticklish. Anzu looked completely shocked at Ryou's odd, in her opinion, behavior. She looked to Atem, dropping her voice into a stage whisper. "Is it that time of the month for him?" She joked crudely.

Kira jumped and hurried after ryou "Ryou wait!"
"I really would watch what you say aroubd kira about ryou.She might wack you" ember said.
Kawi smiled "tickles?"

"And make sure you don't say anything about the brat-- I mean, her kid." Atem said, frowning a little at Anzu, who blushed and looked away. Ryou paused at the door, turning to look at Kira. "What?" He asked, his voice deadpanning.
"Only as much as this." Yugi said, seizing Kawi by her sides and wiggling his fingers with as much force as he could.

Ember chuckled. She wraped her arms around atem.
Kawi laughed squirmming.

"If you want to." Ryou said, zipping up the jacket. He didn't wait for Kira, though, as he pushed open the door, slipping outside. Atem glanced towards the front door. "Maybe I should go see if I can do anything..." He said. He hadn't been able to figure out what was wrong with Ryou, and couldn't help but feel that it was getting worse. He thought Ryou would get better now that Bakura seemed to be gone.

Ryou went down to the sidewalk silently, dawdling a little so Kira could catch up. "Have I been acting odd again?" "Yeah..." Atem said, sighing as he heard the front door close.

Ryou shook his head, lowering his gaze to the ground. "I know I should be. Everything's been so... perfect lately. But... I can't stand it anymore. if I have to watch those idiots snuggle together and giggle and do whatever the hell cutesy thing they want, I'm going to kill them. Right there, when they're together so that they can be a cute little lovey-dovey couple together." He was talking mainly about Yugi and Kawi. They pissed him off, but he didn't want to admit it. "Nah, I've had my breakfast for the day." Atem said, shaking his head.

"It's too much. It'd be fine if it was once in a while, but they're always together. I'm tired of living with them." Ryou was pale-- well, paler than normal-- and was shaking. Perhaps from rage.

Ryou held a hand up to his face, shaking his head. "No. I'm not okay." He said, his voice soft. He looked at Kira, tears filling his eyes. "I want my yami back. I miss him. It's been... almost a year since I last heard him, and months since I felt anything from him. It's not fair."
