I knew about a week in that Jaeger had to initially be behind the kidnapping. He's good at lying, but the fact that a technophobe like him was gathering tech for weeks told me something was up. I was waiting to see where Iris wanted to take this fake kidnapping she and Jaeger set up...and then you stepped in and threw me for a loop.
For about 20 minutes. Then it all became clear.
It all came down to....the peephole from the boiler room to the women's bathroom.

Yes, that's right, that tiny hole behind the boiler. I remembered the night of the kidnapping. You were present BEFORE it happened...and reappeared right AFTER it happened. You excused yourself to go to the bathroom. But like every other sane man in this place, you knew the men's bathroom was a hellhole from which few return! So, you decided to take a whiz in the women's room, instead, didn't you, Tad? And you saw the light of the Transmatter Gate that transported Iris into the Cyberdome, and looked into that little hole and saw your opportunity. Your chance to take control of this entire little plot.
