I think it's the same thing as to why I get along with teachers and whatnot than fellow students.
I have no idea...
Probably because I'm outside of the circle of normalcy...
the plebs don't like that...
I'll work on my dojo in a day or two...
I have to catch up on my technical literature to start writing the report for my research.
There's a lot riding on this thing.
Including a $750 paycheck...

Awww I know the feeling. I like rain a lot though, so long as it isn't cold ^^. It's actually nice right now, we're having an indian summer of sorts right now-- its been in the 60's all week. O.o (Not that I'm complaining)

I don't like the rain because it cools down the weather too much.
I am a monitor lizard
for I survive in the warmth of the tropics!
In this region in particular, we get daily torrents and the temperatures soar to the mid 90s on a regular noon.
In some cases, it actually reacher upwards of 100 degrees, up to 108 from one summer day last year.

Nadi, I live up north! It snowed here in the middle of October--the 15th I believe! Normally it doesn't start snowing here till November though. In the winter we're always in single digits, but the wind chill brings it to negative temperatures. By the end of the month it will be consistently in the 20's or lower brrr! To make matter worse, my school is on top of a hill so its like a giant wind tunnel! It's terrible! I always have terribly chapped lips and the wind cuts my cheeks. Umbrellas are useless up here xX

I like rain when its pouring down hard, and I'm biking on an island with my friends. *sigh* good times. My friends thought I was crazy. Hey, the faster we biked, the sooner we would've gotten to shelter. Nevertheless, it was an amazing experience. So thrilling and soothing at the same time. Although I wouldn't want to drive through torrential downpour.
@_@ Yeah, living up the hill might be like living right by the wateredge. The winds are strong and when they pass over the water, its COLD. Umbrellas are useless when it rains and rainboots only do so much. The winds are usually strong enough to get your bum wet even with an umbrella and rainboots.
