Good luck building an army large enough to generate a generous amount of CP's though.
A lot of the stratagems and warlord traits are copy-pasted straight out of previous books. Stuff like concussion grenades is available to other armies as standard wargear, the Primaris Reivers come to mind with their shock grenades, which does the exact same without sacrificing the shooting of the rest of the squad.
That said, decided to pre-order the codex, along with Chapter Approved. Not like I'm going to start another army project, but rather, curious to read up and see how they'll fare in the ten thousand years since they last took to battle openly.
Though IIRC squad sizes are smaller, so I could always use my current squad of five as a legal patrol detachment (captain + vexilla + 3x Custodian).
Sadly this is the truth, we do go way back. She's an unpleasant reminder of how much time has passed. emo

I have put up part of my work on a Space Hulk - inspired boardgame project on Google Docs, and is now waiting for the right time to make it available for others to read and perhaps comment on.

Still way too many unknowns for me personally, though that won't stop me from getting two at the very least. sweatdrop
My biggest questions right now are:
- Any other armaments, like a fist (dare I say lance? whee) or other ranged weapons for the right arm, like a solid shot cannon or smaller Avenger? - Ditto on the carapace weaponry, all we've seen so far are a meltagun of sorts and an incendine combustor, will there also be non-AdMech options? - Will the shoulder guards also be available minus cog edges? - Will the legs be more flexible than those in the bigger kit? - Will the kit feature more than two heads and if so, will there be any chivalry-themed ones for non-AdMech houses? - Probably not, but it would be fun if this one had an interior, even if it's just a throne.
Rulewise, it will be interesting to see how it will mesh with regular Knights and how list building will go.. GW has promised not to add in any more unique organisation charts, soooo..
It'll be interesting to see its stats, especially if it will be swifter than a regular Knight and if it will also have an ion shield built in somewhere to make it a bit more durable.

Well, it is a work in progress still, i have yet to add all required stats, but just ask if something is unclear.
Also, even though it is inspired by wh40k and may use miniatures established by it, the world in the game is nearly "the opposite" to wh40k in how it handles the reasons for fighting.
