"Great!" Atem took Ember's hand and went to the kitchen as well. Yugi and Kawi were already up. "Atem!" Yugi chirped happily, glad to see his yami. "Oh, dearest dark half of mine, please tell me which is better. Pancakes or waffles?" "French toast." Atem replied, picking up a waffle and chewing on it. He didn't like syrup and other sugary things.

"That's not what I asked at alll!" Yugi said, almost whined. "Nobody is even listening to me. Sheesh." Atem laughed and went over to the toasters, where Ember and Ryou were. He glanced at his pale-haired friend oddly, wondering what was wrong with him. Maybe this was just one of his 'off' mornings. He would have to ask Kira about it later. For now, he hugged Ember. "We really liked your present, Kawi."

Kawi giggled "I like waffles better hun" she told yugi. Kawi then looked up "Oh I thought you would." kawi said smiling. "Yugi sure loved his."

"Ember said you should get something similar for Kira." Atem said, grinning. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see Ryou tense, but his face was hidden, so he couldn't tell if he was mad or not.

Kawi laughed "hey you never know whats comming in the mail. I find lots of thinks over the net." Kira walked in "Kawi have you been putting things in my closet?" "mabye.....Do you like it?" Kawi asked. "oddly yes..." kira smiled slightly. Ember pouted playfully "I want the outfit...." Kiras outfit  what kawi's wearing

"I can always steal it from her if you'd like." Atem offered, pretending that Kira couldn't clearly hear him. Ryou's bagels popped up, but he ignored them completely. "You shop too much." Yugi said to Kawi. "You need to go to one of those Shopaholics Anonymous meetings."

Kawi giggled "If I stoped shoping how would you getall your wonderful gifts?"
Kira walked over and gave ryou a kiss before getting her own bagel.

Ryou jumped in alarm, snapping out of some kind of daze. "You're up early..." He said to Kira, as though he hadn't been the one to wake up with her. He offered a smile before noticing his bagels were done and pulled them out of the toaster, going over to the table and sitting down. "Maybe you could make your own things. That would be a wonderful hobby." Yugi said, hugging Kawi. "There are pills for that, you know." Atem said teasingly. He was fine with Ember's body just the way it was. "Ask Kawi to buy some for you."

"The floor was cold" kira said.
"But I would need to buy the fabric" Kawi said. "And the lace and the needles and the buttons..."

"Hello, all!" A loud and chipper voice suddenly reached all of their ears as Anzu came into the kitchen, looking a bit surprised to see them all awake. "Do you all usually get up this early, or am I just really late?" Atem and Yugi had second thoughts about continuing their conversations with their girlfriends now that Anzu was here, and sort of mumbled a greeting to her. Ryou looked up, a bit irritated. "Actually, you're the one who's up early. I was wanting you to stay in bed longer so that when we left we wouldn't have to invite you to join. But now that you're awake, I guess I'm just going to have to be rude and not invite you."

Kira who had become used to ryou being grumpy once in a while spread cream cheese over her bagel and took a bite.
Kawi yawned and then took a big bite of waffle.
Ember who had ignored anzu nuzzed atem "you like my boobs dont you?"

Anzu blinked, looking completely shocked at Ryou. She then laughed nervously. "Wow. You're a little mental, you know that?" She said, trying to make it a joke. It was a little too close to the truth to be funny, though. Ryou ignored Anzu completely, closing his eyes. He tried to shut everybody else out, tried to concentrate. Atem was glad that Ryou didn't try to continue arguing, and really wished that Ember wouldn't ask things like that when there was a guest over. "Um... yeah..."
