"Ah thihnk weh juh's maight 'ahve tah." Arch said with a grin. He nodded his head, walking over and grabbing Bobby's legs. He lifted him up, moving towards the door. Waiting outside the door was Merlin, looking slightly worn.
"Arch, Ruby, glad to see you two are well. We've been doing surprisingly well, people don't seem to catch the curse when within our boundaries. It seems my barriers proved sufficient." Merlin spoke with no pride, but was merely getting facts out of the way. "The Seer is currently curing those still afflicted, and I've been tied up, but I think I can dispel the curse."

"So that's what it was," came A.C.'s voice from inside the ceiling. It echoed and faded with distance as she continued, "I wondered why I'd killed so many..."

Ruby chuckled lightly at Bobby, "nah, sug, but if you want an angel I know where to find 'em." She smiled back, and helped Arch carry him to Merlin.
Ruby waved to Merlin, or at least tried, then almost dropped Bobby's head on the concrete and had to catch him with her lap, before bringing her hand back to hold him up. "So everythin's more or less under control then. We should get the med boys to take Bobby to the med-center then, till he's good to go on his feet."

"Aye, theh boih gahwt shawt uhp, buht 'eh's luhkihn stahble. Stihl neehds 'tentiohn, thowh." A pair of medics rushed over with a stretcher. Arch lowered his half on it. "Ahn iffhn yeh cahn fihx theh prahwblehm, thehn hawp ihn theh buhs, wehl giht yeh weah yehr needihn."

Ruby gave a wave to Bobby, and promised to visit him in the recovery room, then turned back to Merlin and Arch. She heard AC's voice, but assumed it was just another voice in her head, and paid no attention to it.
"be careful." She said to both of them, but her gaze lingered on the angel.
(dispelling the curse should be easy enough, just make some fancy magic post in Krovh and it should work.)

((I was assuming the bus had parked back at the AA base. She's in that ceiling. Unless, of course, they're outside... ninja In which case A.C. is still in the ceiling, even though the sky and roof of a bus don't contain one. Somebody else can figure that one out. whee Don't ask me, I just play here!))

Arch said, wrapping her up in his arms and kissing her soundly on the lips. ((I'm sure there's like an overhang or something where you can hide AC, and I figured we were either just outside, or just inside, eitherway, it'd work somewhere around there I suppose.)) Ruby wound her arms around his neck and kissed him back. "It was pure misery." Ruby admitted, after the kiss ended. "An' I never wanna play single ever again."

Arch grinned at her words, returning the kiss and quickly following her in the bus, closing the door behind him. He hopped in the seat, the bus still on. He revved the engine. "Taihme tah saihve ahwr faih citeh!" He yelled, taking off.

As Ruby got back from Krovh she went down to her room. She needed to clean things up a bit and prepare to move back into the leader room with Arch. She paused as she opened the door and noticed a vase of yellow roses to the side. They filled the room with a warm scent, and Ruby couldn't resist bending down and pressing her face into the blooms as she breathed in. She loved roses, she always had, despite the general cliche they presented...and maybe at times in spite of it. They were beautiful flowers, and she always felt a kinship with them, and there many layers of intricate petals.
She pulled back and looked for a card, but found none, she frowned a bit, but an anonymous gift was still a gift. As she turned around she saw the blue card on the other side of the door. She tilted her head slightly curious and picked it up, opening it as she stood up.
