Gimme a break."Raiden rubbed his sore wrist, but smiled at Greed in his lopsided way. "Never mind. I don't tend to take things personally. You're worried about Umi. I understand that. You lead the way, and I'll follow." Umi took his hand gratefully, and they boarded the train. Almost immediately, Raiden dashed off towards another car in chase of a pretty girl he had seen. Umi held Greed's arm. " Don't call for him," she said. " He'll be okay. Let's have some more alone time." Umi stroked Greed's cheek casually. " Ignore them. What about me? Don't I deserve your attention, love?" She looked at him, her eyes strange. " We're alone now. Can't we be only for each other now?"

He didn't want to piss off Fullmetal before asking for his help. "Alright, here's our train." THe train rolled up, and Greed held his hand to help Umi in. Umi took his hand gratefully, and they boarded the train. Almost immediately, Raiden dashed off towards another car in chase of a pretty girl he had seen. Umi held Greed's arm. " Don't call for him," she said. " He'll be okay. Let's have some more alone time." Umi stroked Greed's cheek casually. " Ignore them. What about me? Don't I deserve your attention, love?" She looked at him, her eyes strange. " We're alone now. Can't we be only for each other now?" Umi's hand wandered over Greed's shoulder, and down his back. She caressed his cheek with her other hand. Her eyes opened a bit, and her pupils had dialated to serpent-like slits. She chuckled under her breath.

Suddenly, four light footsteps could be heard above them. "That would be Dorochet and Martel. I suppose Loa stayed back to protect the others. Why can't they understand I need alone time?" Umi stroked Greed's cheek casually. " Ignore them. What about me? Don't I deserve your attention, love?" She looked at him, her eyes strange. " We're alone now. Can't we be only for each other now?" Umi moaned a little, and tilted her head back. She layed her hands on his chest, and looked Greed in the eye again. " Come, my love. Kiss me." Raiden had picked the right moment to show up. He had put his hand in the way, and Greed ended up kissing his hand. Raiden chuckled. "Why, Greed. I had no idea you felt that way about me." Umi hissed at Raiden angrily. " Interfearence..." She collapsed to the floor, unconcious. Greed sighed, and plopped down in the seat across from Umi. "When the alchemist who made Umi and her brothers extracted the beings he fused with them, he also extracted their souls. You see, to make a chimera, the souls of the two beings bond together in a perfect union. If the union isn't perfect, then it causes the chimera pain and anguish. Anyway, the creature Umi is fused with died a horrid death. It's pain was carried on in its soul, and now seeks vengence for its death. If I hadn't have stopped you, she would have drained your energy away, and left you a lifeless carcass. Thank me later." Raiden cleared his throat. "The Leviathan in question was the last of her species...and pregnant. She was killed by poachers who wanted her parts for medicine and trade. It took 20 boats and over a hundred men to take her down."

HE still could not pull away, even though the voice in his head was screaming THIS MAY PUT HER IN DANGER! Instead of heeding Raiden's previous warning, he moved closer, and kissed his love. Raiden had picked the right moment to show up. He had put his hand in the way, and Greed ended up kissing his hand. Raiden chuckled. "Why, Greed. I had no idea you felt that way about me." Umi hissed at Raiden angrily. " Interfearence..." She collapsed to the floor, unconcious. Greed sighed, and plopped down in the seat across from Umi. All you have to remeber is that it isn't Umi in controle when it does that. And that the Leviathan isn't evil...just upset and angered." Raiden stood up and streached. "I'm gone again; cute girl three cars down. If you need me, I'll be back. Have fun." And with that, he was off.
