poison rasengan- i take a poison bomb and mold a rasengan around it to create a poisonus chakra bomb that leaves poison in the air when it is used

You can travel from village to village.

missing nins are created when they turn their back on their contry. think of traveling in this case as scouting the other countries for your own country.
