Daemon opened his mouth and drank the potion, still shaking as pain wracked his body. He stared up at his master with those serpentine eyes. No longer where they apathetic or blank; now they were filled with agony and terror. He was shaking so badly that if Kaeru had been normal, he would have found it hard to hold onto him. Once the meat arrived, he began to eat that, too, hungrilly, digging into it with his fangs. He ate as much as he could, reducing the thing to mere bones. Afterwards, he lay in his masters arms, shaking slightly. The rare creature blinked a few times and then began to calm down, feeling his body's agony begin to reduce. His pupils returned to their regular, round shape, and his fangs and scales began to disappear.

Murdoch growled as he glared at Kaeru, "You don't tell me to be quiet! You aren't my master! Leave Daemon alone, he's not your toy! You just use people how can you live with yourself!?" Murdoch struggled as the assistants pushed him down against the bed. "Dr.Kaeru how do we keep him down? If he keeps up he's going to over work his heart." The heart monitor was beeping furiously as Murdoch continued to fight against the assistants.

 SpReAd ThE lOvE //_______________________________________________ when I say “Give him the T29 shot. That’ll calm him down.” He instructed as he held the trembling boy in his arms. Giving Mik the now empty glass bottle, he wrapped his arms around Daemon as he stand. “Mik, can you get another piece of meat? As a just-in-case?” He asked as he started to walk back to his room with his shaking bundle. “There there Daemon… your master is here… everything is alright now…” Bending his head, his lips touched the rare pet’s blood stained lips in a sweet and soft kiss.

Daemon listened to his master's voice as he stared up at him with half-lidded eyes. He found himself being comforted as his master cooed to him softly and he was comforted even more as he felt his master's lips against his own. He began to relax in his master's arms, his trembling beginning to slow down and cease. "M...as..ter..." he managed to whimper out. He was still slightly hungry...it was obvious, too, as his fangs refused to completely retreat.

One of the assistants took a shot and stuck it into Murdoch's arm. He shut his eyes tightly and groaned. His heart rate began to go bakc down and he fell back on the bed limp.
Mik nodded and went to to get some meat for Daemon. He came back if a wrapped up piece off meat which was fresh. He held it up to Kaeru, "Here's the meat master."

Mik is bringing a big juicy steak for you ok?” He murmured as they parted as Kaeru felt those fangs with his tongue. “You look pretty Daemon. Don’t worry, you’re master will take good care of you ok?” He continued to murmur reassuring words as he propped him down on the toilet seat and got a towel to gently wipe away the blood around his pet’s lips. Looking when Mik came, he nodded his thanks and offered it to his new pet.

Daemon whimpered at the sound of the steak his master described. When his master complimented him, a blush entered his cheeks. Pretty...? But he instead focused on his master's reassuring that his master would take care of him. When his master sat him down, he reached weakly out, not wanting his master to leave him alone at a time like this, but then calmed down when he merely began to clean his lips with a towel. When he was presented with the third piece of meat, he ate it hungrilly, not holdin git in his hands but instead clutching onto his master's hand, the one that held the meat. He devoured the meat, once again only leaving bones. "Thank...you..master..." he whispered out.

He smiled when the boy held his hand, showing him in gestures rather in words that he needed him which pleased Kaeru. “It’s what I’ll do for you little one…” He murmured as he handed Mik the bones to get rid of and got the towel to clean Daemon’s lips and blood stained hands before cleaning his own. Putting the boy in his arms again, he stood up, briefly pressing a kiss on his head, and went to the closet. Knowing the boy would want him close, he brought him here instead of leaving him on the mounds of pillows and blanket. Bending down, he got a soft and warm robe and held it in his arm while his hands removed Daemon’s clothing. “Shhh… no one is here but me and Mik to look at your beautiful body… Come, I just want to put this on you. You’ll feel much better, I promise.” Reassuring the boy, he put the robe on the boy before giving him his reward, which was another kiss though his tongue went out to pleasure the boy as his hand beckoned Mik to come, not wanting to leave him out. He held his two current favorites in each arm as he went over to his haven and laid out with the two. His hands went up to stroke their hair while holding them close to his body. “You two are absolutely lovely. I am very happy and pleased to have you in my company. Now I’ve made up my mind that little Daemon here will be my second favorite.” He didn’t know if the boy knew how significant the placement was but didn’t care as long as the boy was comfortable with him.

After all, it usually takes years for an experiment to become Kaeru’s ten while Mik and Daemon only took a day to gain the most wanted and top spot. It equivalent to the point where gods informed humans to come to Heaven with them as it was nearly completely true. Hardly any experiments receive their own room and everything else they would want. Kaeru, a kinky and interesting master though also one of the kind ones when compared to others in the facility, gives them everything that a free human could have and more! He gives them fine clothing, their own rooms with their own possessions, a big room where they can talk with others and a personal kitchen that only they can use, television which is like fire to humans, and so much more. It was truly heaven to these experiments who have felt nothing but suffering and pain at Metamorphoses and what is more is that when Kaeru experiments on them, it makes them even more beautiful though there were some bad times, it was like a pinch compared to the stab of knifes other scientists do. Kaeru was one of the most famed and adored scientist in experiment’s world in Metamorphoses as some even go as far as to regard him as a god or a goddess, for his beauty.
To Kaeru, these luxury was only fit for his beauties and would give them no less, unless of course, something displeases him though hardly any would even think about wanting to for fear of loosing all the comfort they’ve been granted. And it wasn’t as if Kaeru was poor but was actually very rich, rich enough to literally give his pets real sapphires and diamonds if he was in a rare good mood.
Now, looking at his two pets, he wondered who he needed to get rid of as he could only have ten pets, no less and no more. Hmm… my phoenix is still young and I would break his heart if I let him go since he loves me so… my water beauty is like my own daughter as she is completely my creation so no… My naga [ [ ooc: right? O.o half snake and half human!! >.<“ ] ] …hmm… I might consider her as I am more prone to males than females… though I know how she will sacrifice her life for me as do any of his pets …then who? Certainly not Mik as I just got him and he’s my favorite… Smiling, he gave Mik a kiss on the forehead before doing the same to Daemon as he continued to think and consider.

Daemon's eyes widened when he heart those words. It's what I'll do for you, little one. His hand reached out for that of his master's before the beautiful scientis began to clean his face and hands. Then, Kaeru took him to the closet and picked out a robe before beginning to undress him. Daemon whimpered softly, but was easilly comforted by the sound of his master's voice. He had called his body beautiful....Before he knew it, he was wrapped in a comfortable, warm robe that really and truly made him feel better. After his previous, horrible experience, he relished at not being constrained by his clothes. As he was cherishing this feeling, his master kissed him passionately on the mouth, honoring him with his tongue. Daemon opened his mouth for his master to do with as he wanted as a deep blush entered his cheeks, communicating his feelings as his eyes closed. Then his master brought him back to the 'bed' and cuddled the both of them, which comforted him more. Then Kaeru began to speak of favorites and how Daemon was now his second favorite. Blinking, he whispered his thanks at being cared for.

Laurana carefully opened the door to the kitchen. Normally, it was deserted, with only the ghost for company.
As she peered around the door frame, she was surprised to see bustling activity. The head of the kitchen was there, shouting something about fresh meat. Several assistants dragged a large struggling animal over the tiles, others searched the deep refrigerator for stakes.
((ooc: whoops, just noticed it was the kaeru's private kitchen. Oh well, I'll work with it.))
Something was different about the room itself though... Laurana did a double take, and realized she had found the master's private kitchen.
______After all these long years of being in Metamorphoses, she was still finding new secrets. She smiled to herself, and slinked into the room. A loud squeal came from the animal she saw earlier. The assisstants full attention was given to the task at hand, preparing the meat exactly to their master's standards.
~I'll bet they have a selection of herbs that the haunted kitchen doesn't have. They won't notice the small amount I take.~
She stealthily crept to the other side of the room, and carefully opened the door to the storage. She slipped inside, and just as carefully, closed the door. Laurana surveyed her surroundings. The room was bigger that she had thought, with 7 rows of storage shelves. Some of the herbs and oddities were definitely not meant for cooking. It didn't take long to notice that they were alphabetized, by name. ~Someone doesn't have a life.~ She smiled to herself, and put some dried dragonflower petals in one of her empty pouches. She knew that there was a small amount of time before the head cook would need herbs for something. She quickly picked some other choice items from the shelves and headed back towards the storage room door.

Murdoch's eyes rolled back as he was injected with the strange serum. His body fell limp and the assistants proceeded to strap him down to the bed so he wouldn't get away again. They reattached the respirator then stuck a new I.V. into his arm. They began to remove some of the bandages he had on his head, cutting them with scissors, and wiping away the black blood that trickled down his cheek from his mouth. He mumbled the whole time and tried to open his eyes but everything was blurry and it made him feel dizzy.
Mik cuddled up next to Kaeru and blushed when he was kissed on the forehead. He rested his head on the scientist's chest and closed his eyes. His ears would twitch ocasionally, and his tail swayed softly.

[anou...Daemon is falling for Kaeru, yes. and he's slowly realizing that. he's about to get really confused and all that. demo...he loves Murdoch because he was his first friend and because he's pretty sure he cares about him. he loves Kaeru because Kaeru obviously cares about him and shows him a lot of affection (which he has never received before).]
