You do NOT like this Candidate at all and hate being around them for whatever reason. Unfortunately, you're stuck with them for at least a sevenday during chore rotation. How does the encounter go? It's a difficult sevenday but you bite your tongue and grudgingly work through your differences. You still hate 'em, but if you ever Impress, you might wind up having to work with difficult people. It's all part of your lessons and training.
