 Aysun frowned despite the hair ruffle. " Okay..." she grumbled with an obvious pout. She didn't think someone as rich as her uncle was a teacher, or someone as strange as Nikolai. Oh well, at least she was prepared for this. " I'll be in first grade next year."

Leon Court " So you're in kindergarten now? Good, I know the teachers at the elementary school." He finished eating, then walked around the table and sat beside Aysun. He wrapped an arm around her, hugging her. " Don't pout, Aysun. I promise, you're going to have fun at school here. Your school lets out earlier than mine, so I'll come get you and you;ll get to hang out with me in my classroom until the final bell. Then we can come home and do whatever you want. Maybe even..." He lowered his voice into a secretive whisper. " Go and get ice cream?"

Even if she had to, she didn't want to go to school. Hopefully it would be a different one, she didn't like the one she grew up with, especially because it would mean seeing some of her siblings again. She looked up when she noticed Leon get closer and cheered up instantly when he mentioned ice cream. " Ice cream~!" she cheered and hugged him back tightly. " Dear me, why must you wake me up with calories?" Nikolai yawned as he got up from the couch, rubbing his eye.

Leon CourtLeon laughed and patted her back, then his ears perked at the sound of Nikolai's voice. Removing his arms from the girl, he stood and walked into the other room, loosely wrapping his arms around Nikolai's waist. " Hello there, Sleeping Beauty." he greeted with a small kiss, nudging his head in the child's direction. " I was talking about enrolling her in school tomorrow. Elementary gets out before the academy, so she'll be spending an hour or so hanging out with me in my classroom. I'm pretty sure she shouldn't go near your classroom. Ever."

 Nikolai was barely awake enough to register Leon's loving kiss, but habit made him grin and lick his lips. " Mmm, dear me, I should go to sleep much more often if I'll wake up to this~" he purred then glanced towards Aysun, who waved at him in response. Nikolai blinked when he heard Leon's final word then looked at him with a teasing grin. " What's the matter, dearie? She'll have to learn it some time, you know. Who better to learn from than me?" he asked while splaying his fingers on his chest in a dignified manner.

Leon Court" She's, like, five," was his response, eyebrow raised and sass fully intended. " And your students are all either sex-crazed or sex-starved. I don't want her around that just yet." He released the man, then started back to the kitchen. " Are you hungry?" he called, checking to make sure that he still had enough left over in case Nikolai wanted some.

" Oh dearie, still so naive and innocent to the 21st century." Nikolai frowned sympathetically while patting Leon's cheek. He grinned and chuckled into his hand when the man walked away and moved to the table, looking down at Aysun's dish. " Spaghetti, hmm? Sure, why not? It's been far too long since I've had any." " Uncle Leon made it himself!" Aysun beamed. " It's really tasty." " Yes, everything about your uncle is rather tasty." Aysun gave him a confused look. "' Abo-"

Leon Court" Who wants ice cream?" interrupted Leon, holding a strawberry popsicle up for the child to take. He shot Nikolai a look, waiting until the girl took the ice cream to walk close to the Russian and raised an eyebrow at him. " Really? In front of Aysun? Really?" He crossed his arms, shaking his head. He was relentless.

The girl immediately forgot everything as she took the ice cream and happily began attacking it. " I've never been one to lie in front of a child." Nikolai said while absently scratching the back of his ear. He looked away from a particularly uninteresting area on the ceiling and to Leon. " What? It's not like she'll understand what I'm talking about. Honestly, you're too paranoid, dearie." he cooed and pat the man's cheek again, biting back his cruel smirk.

Leon Court" Please don't make me babysit you both." Leon picked up the girl's empty plate and carried it over to the sink, washing it off and setting it down. He then grabbed a clean bowl and made his way back to the table, filling it up with spaghetti and handing it to Nikolai. " Here, eat up. I'm going to get the munchkin to bed." He scooped up the little girl, starting for her bedroom as he swung her feet a little, attempting to make her giggle.

Nikolai took the bowl in one hand with a "Hmph!" and put his other hand on his hip. " Very well, darling, but I fully expect you to feed the rest to me when you're done!" he said and turned around to walk defiantly to his table. Of course, he wouldn't really let Leon feed him. To let him see the Sin with a messy face was like asking for suicide! Speaking of messy faces, the lower half of Aysun's face was completely overrun by spaghetti sauce and melted popsicle. Occasionally a beam of light would break free, and that was each time she smiled and giggled at Leon's antics. " Do I really have to go to bed?" she asked as sadly as she had with school when they got into her room.

Leon CourtSnatching a wet wipe from a drawer, Leon waited until they were in the room to sit her down and start cleaning her face up. " It's already a little late. Besides, Nikolai and I have to teach classes tomorrow, and we've got to get you all signed up for school. It's going to all be very important, and you need to be plenty rested for it all." He finished cleaning her face, then bopped her nose with his finger. " I promise, I'll be right here when you wake up. Now hop under the covers."

Aysun grimaced when her mouth was cleaned and giggled when her nose was bopped. " Okay." she smiled and snuggled under her blanket until only the upper half of her face was visible. " Uncle Leon," she said after a while. " Will you read me a bedtime story?"

Leon Court" What kind do you want to hear?" he asked, pulling his glasses from his pocket and walking over to a small bookshelf. " We should probably go get more books, but there are fairy tales here, if you want to hear a classic one."
