Jin was REALLY good at keeping the attention on him but he looked to Luca and Nathan. "Hmmm..I have no right to question but..my way of fighting can get rather..intense." He admitted. "I fear it will not be a very wise idea for Nathan or Luca to be..around me." He explained. His kind of fighting...was not very good for people of um..weak mind to be around? Not like they were weak but he had seen how easily his aura could effect them. It would be a hindrance really.

Luca looked over at Jin, almost with fear. "Wait, Jin-"
"I've felt something about you from the very beginning, Jin," Connor interrupted. "I know you're strong and I know you're powerful. But I also know there are others like you, and they work for the Order. Perhaps they don't feed off pride, but I've met a demon who feeds off of fear. And Leon told me there is a man that can control demons. If you face him, I want you to have backup. People who can give you all the pride you need. I don't care if you fight alone, but Nathan, Luca and Phoenix have to be with you. Even if it is in the shadows and out of reach. I never let a man go in alone." Connor's eyes went a little distant.
Jacob noticed this, and he allowed himself a secret grin of satisfaction. It's been a while since Jacob's thought of Zack.
Connor then gave Jin a reassuring smile. "I'm counting on you, Jin. They won't expect you at first, and Jacob was right about one thing; in power, you two are the strongest. I know you'll be great at attracting attention."
Luca clenched his fists and bit his lip.
Nathan kept quiet; he was inwardly too scared to really say anything. Though he was relieved he'd be allowed to stand back during the fight; he had nothing to offer in battle. He didn't really think he had anything to offer at all. But Jin was so sure of himself; it was hard not to trust him. He wouldn't say it out loud, but he prayed to the God he was sure stopped listening to him. He prayed that he could find the strength to believe again.
Bill knew the pain behind Connor's eyes. This was no gang war; this was REAL war. He held Lizz's hand securely, with a gentleness he'd never thought possible ten years ago. He had something to live for, other than protecting Connor. Now he had more. He wasn't about to let her down. Besides, she'd be with Connor. Bill had complete trust that Connor would keep Lizz alive. It eased his mind, and so he just had to be sure that he didn't fail.

Her nerves quieted to a low rumble as Will held her hand, he always had a way of making her feel safe. Even now as they faced this task that seemed almost impossible, she felt safe. She was glad she was with Conner it would put Will at ease about her and allow him to concentrate on his own task....and keeping himself out of trouble.

Jin looked at the two men and hugged them tightly nuzzling them with coos. "Shhh Luca..Nathan its ok. I'll be fine. You just stay hidden and keep believing in me alright." He said. He looked at Luca and nuzzled him. "What's wrong?" He asked softly.

Luca knew he couldn't lie to Jin. 'Just a little nervous' would easily work on anyone else, but not to Jin. He whispered as softly as he could, so only Jin could hear. "Connor said so before; there is a missing zodiac. Aaron is the goat, and the Order has all of the others. Connor said Aaron knows what all the captured zodiacs are, ex-cept... One. Jin..." Luca looked up at Jin, terrified.
He was the missing zodiac.
Rob looked over at Leon. He had been awfully quiet most of the time. Rob wondered if Leon was usually this quiet or if it was because he didn't know anyone. He didn't seem to make any efforts to talk to someone. Maybe he was shy? Rob smiled, and he nudged Leon lightly on the shoulder. "So I guess we're buddying up on this one. Don't worry, I won't slow you down. Name's Robert. You're Leon, right? I gotta tell you, I hope we eat before we leave. I'm so hungry I could eat a horse."

Jin looked at him and hugged Luca tight. "I'm you protector..I am strongest being alive." He boasted proudly seeming to glowing with power. "You are safe..everyone is. Luca..don't be scared, you mine now..I'm not letting anyone take you away. No else deserves you." He said firmly.

Clone listened to Connor's speech, feeling a slight more confidant, though she didn't partake in the cheering. She just hoped that they would make it out alright.
When Connor told her and her assumed group the plan, she gave a nod. She looked to the two who she assumed were Reno and Loki. She hadn't spoken to them since they grouped up, but now that they were going to be working together, she grew curious.
Nexan stood close to Jacob, listening to the plans quietly. She was scared. How could someone like her take people down? She was just going to get in the way. She looked down at the ground, making a noise of discomfort.
Reno had relaxed a bit when Loki explained himself, and redirected his attention to Connor as he discussed the plan of action. When Connor finished, he spoke up.
"How long do you estimate it will take to retrieve these people?" He asked, "Will there be a signal once they're retrieved?"

((God. I'm terrible. I probably shouldn't still be in this. I keep forgetting about it.))
Leon's eyes widened as he was nudged. The man introduced himself as Robert. He smiled politely. "Leon." So he was with Robert Liz and Connor. He would have to give them the info on security in the west wing. He had a pretty good idea of how things worked there, as well as his inner voice would help him know what he needed to.
Hungry he could eat a horse? He smiled a bit. "I haven't eaten in a while either." He replied. Honestly, he didn't want to talk to them much but if they were about to risk their lives for their own reasons, it'd be better to work along with them for now. Besides he had no grudge against Rob so far. He took a deep breath, calming his nerves. being so close to the action was making him tense, his body getting ready to shift at a moments notice.

Luca nuzzled his face in Jin's chest, feeling courage from Jin's protection. Yes... Jin will protect him. He was safe with Jin. He shouldn't be so scared. In fact...
Jacob looked down to Nexan, and stroked her hair gently. "I am glad you will be close to me," Jacob assured with a gentle smile towards her. "Don't worry. I promised Ren, remember? That I would keep you safe. I am bound to my word."
Connor heard Reno's question, and he smiled at Reno. "I have a signal. It's gonna be pretty obvious when it happens, so don't worry about that. You're with Loki, Reno. Believe me; you're gonna be the first to know."
Loki looked over to Clone, and then to Aaron, then Reno. He whispered to Reno. "Seems like there is a hidden objective in our group." He didn't dare assume, but did Connor know that Loki would eavesdrop and hear Aaron and Clone's objectives? No... No, it had to be coincidence. No way Connor was THAT perceptive. But then again... He and Reno were with the two of the group destined to be caught. Connor knows how Loki is in stealth and spying. It was obvious to Loki; he was meant to follow the captured and locate the prisoners, then guide them out just as stealthily after they've escaped using the orders Connor gave Clone and Aaron. All the rest was distraction. Loki was sure of it.
The voice in Leon's head hissed. 'This one...' It said about Rob, 'This one will be useful. Keep him close to you Leon; he is a key to reunite you with your family.'
"If there are no more questions, let's go," Connor smiled, "Once this is all over, we'll have a huge meal. I can't be the only one that's hungry." He started the lead towards the exit.
"Aw damn, just a little longer then I guess. Well, at least thinking about my empty stomach makes me think less about all this danger," Rob laughed. "Hey Leon, good luck guiding us through. If Connor trusts you then so do I."
"Connor," Luca tugged at his shirt as he passed, "I... I have something-"
Connor smiled at Luca. "Just be safe, alright Luca? You're Clayton's best friend and he needs you around. Good luck."
Luca paused and nodded. "Luck," he repeated. Did... Did he already know somehow?

Lizz listened to the plan and was ready to just get this over with and be back in Torusa though she dreaded the trip back. As they headed to the exit she stopped Will for a second,
"Be safe, I love you" as she kissed him and let go of his hand. She was not happy one bit that he was going to be with Jacob after the last time the two had shared the same roof but she trusted Conner to know what to do.
She caught up with Conner, Leon, and Rob.

Nexan tensed up when he touched her hair, still not quite comfortable enough to allow such affectionate contact. She gave a slight nod to acknowledge what he said, looking away from him to hide her discomfort. Her fear grew when Connor said to get going. Here it comes...hopefully she wouldn't mess anything up.
Reno looked up at Loki, raising a brow, "Hidden objective? What is it?" He whispered back, furrowing his eyebrows as he looked around at the others with a hint of unease.
Clone took a deep breath and let it out slowly when Connor spoke of getting things moving. It was starting now. She couldn't lose confidence. She had to help get Clayton back. He's saved her twice before, now it was time to return the favor.

Jin let out soft coos at Luca stroking his hair gently. Good, he felt that trust and belief in him it made him stronger. This was actually a new feeling, he had never actually fought to protect someone before. This surge of power from someone believing that he could defend their life and keep them safe was quite a rush. He could fight of course but he had only ever fought for himself never anyone else. True in the end he was still fighting for himself...but it was different.

Leon's eyes widened as his internal voice spoke. Useful in bringing back his parents? Leon's whole attitude towards Robert changed. While he was just being nice for teamworks sake, and the fact he didn't currently hold a grudge, now he was determined to make sure nothing happened to Robert. He wasn't going to let a key to freeing his parents slip away from his grasp.
He nodded as Robert spoke to him. Leon was already uncomfortably tense. Things were starting to happen now, he wouldn't have time to relax, at least until everything was over. His hands were shaking, but he wasn't sure why. Was it excitement? Was it nerves? He just followed his group out, trying to calm himself.

Bill kissed Lizz back, then embraced her gently. "You too. I love you so much Lizz."
Jacob glanced over at Bill, then smirked. Admittedly, Jacob was pleased to know Connor trusted him with one of his most trusted lackeys. Probably set them up together to make sure Jacob didn't kill anyone. What an idiot.
"I can't tell you," Loki told Reno, "Just do as I say and don't get caught. It'll be clear with time."
As they all headed out and took their positions, one person in each group was given a time to engage their attack.
Phoenix kept up way in the back, and Nathan and Luca stayed close to him. Nathan looked over at Jin. "So from what it sounded like you're the first one to show your power... Jin... We'll be back here if you need us."
Connor looked over to Lizz, Rob and Leon. "Leon, you can get closer than any of us. We'll wait for you here while you disengage the cameras and then we can get into that vent there." He pointed to the vent and the six cameras that were in eyeshot of the vent. "As soon as we hear the racket from the attack in the front, go as fast as you can. Once we're all in the vent, turn them on again. That way no one will come to investigate this area. We have five minutes after Jin attacks before Jacob and the others cause their distraction in the back."
Rob patted Leon on the back. "I believe in you, man.~ Get us in this damned place."
Jacob stood before Clone, Bill and Blade. He smirked at them. "Quite a group I've been blessed with. This is how this will go. Blade, you defend Clone with your life. Bill, you will watch my defense. Leave the rest to me. And clone..." Jacob took something out of his pocket. It was a raven's feather. "Keep this with you at all times. Promise me."
Loki kept close to Reno. No one else knew when they were supposed to go inside except Loki. Whatever plans in order to get inside Connor might have said would have been lost to the others. "Trust me," Loki assured them, "This is my element. Whether I like it or not, a lot rides on our success. And I pride myself in my flawless execution of missions. We have three guards we have to pass. Once they leave due to the distress signal Jin will activate, Aaron, you knock out the two cameras. Clone should go in after you. From there, your mission is to locate the prisoners."
"What about you and Leon?" Aaron asked.
"I've said it before, Aaron. Just do as I say and trust me."
"What are we supposed to do once we find them?"
Loki looked right at Aaron. "TRUST me. Just do it."
Aaron didn't like having to trust Loki so entirely, but he didn't see much of a choice. He took in a deep breath, and let it out. Everyone waited for Jin's signal.

Lizz nodded as she listened to Conner's plan, this place was a bit more secure than she would have thought. "You got this Leon" she said giving him a reassuring smile. Whatever her feelings towards him were before she had left them back at their meeting spot, he was a team member just like everyone else in the gang.
