My Raven avatars have undergone a much needed upgrade. Now she actually looks like she does on tv ^ ^

.... AND WHERE IS EVERYBODY!? OH, I'M SO DESPERATELY LONELY! crying

Aaah!! She looks gorgey Sir Potto!! Mmmm-*snuggles the much impoved Raven*
Spooty Terra...*shakes her fist at the very well done foe*
Huzzah for Bumble Bee-the leader of the Titans East!!!
*does a little dance*
The shading on Bee's hair seems a little dull and makes her face look blurry...can you give her some more drastic hair highlights? I'm assuming she washes her hair pretty regularly, but you never know! whee

Ok, I put in a little bit more shine, but notice that frizzy hair like Bumblebee's doesn't reflect light like straight hair (just check out gaia's fro style hair)

They are all great, I especially like the Raven one. Just makes me wanna go practice more.

Anyway here's the one that started my editing, Disney's Alice.
She needs to be redone, the shadings off and she just looks blah compaired to the pic I was using. But I just can't bring myself to do it. It's like I wanna leave her to compair to my others, maybe see if I've made progress.

And one of the best ones I've done, Lulu from FFX.
She needs a bit of fixing, and someday I'll get to her. I need to find a decent pic of her tho.

And lastly, for now at least, my first ever fur edit. Shi's a felinetaur I based off of a Chakat.
Hir hind legs look too small and angled a bit much but I sill like hir. I plan to overhaul all my edits after I finish my current customes, so hopefully soon they'll look better.

*Waves nervously* I started editing, uh, two days ago, thanks to a lot of lurking around this guild. Most of the stuff isn't outfits I'd wear, so I set up a small shop in the minishops forum.

Anywho, I'd love some comments on my art there, or here's an experimental little edit I did just recently, using myself as a model.

potto the magnificent, ur teen titans collection seems to b growin extremely fast! how long til u finish all the characters? xd

ur raven looks much better now - the shading on her hair looks great & i just dig the hooded version.. bumblebee is lookin good but i guess im just not a fan of addin a nose to our avatars.. & ur terra definitely looks more like her tv counterpart, tho u might want to touch her eyes up cuz she kinda looks cross-eyed surprised

okay, it's a bit too pixellated, if you could blend the hard areas in a little better (logos and stuff) it'll look a bit softer and easier on the eyes.

I also think you should vary the tone used on the facial features, throw in some browns and things to stop it being all solid black.

it's a nice edit, in all honesty. I doubt I'd have the patience to edit in paint. sweatdrop
