Description: Snake's Rend is executed in two steps. Fire is breathed out by the user into a long stream, no wider than the user's mouth, reaching 20m/65ft in length. The length may twist and turn around obstacles, shapped like a snake until that length is achieved. The flame itself is only hot enough to cause first degree burns and lights flamable materials instantly. However, at anytime, the user can instil a pulse of deliberately unstable chakra. This second step causes an explosion along the entire flame's length. The force of the explosion is as follows; when an individual is next to or closer than 4m/13ft to the blast they are blown clear off their feet, with the organs vitally damaged by the blast force alone, causing a painful, slow death. They would also suffer third degree burns and numerous, deep gashes. When standing at a distance of 4m/13ft to 6m/19ft the individual is still blown down, suffers minor burns and the organs are injured enough to severly impact performance then on, with minor internal bleeding and tearing occuring. Healing recomended but not fatal. After 6m/19ft the individual will be buffeted by the explosive force but may retain enough stability to not be knocked down completely. No burns will occur.

Creation(Brank x number of posts up to 4) + explosion (B rank if desired, use of this destroys snake) = total expenditure

So, if the snake is B-Rank to create and B-Rank to destroy, and B-Rank to extend into more posts, would I be allowed to extend its physical length to double of what I originally asked for? And/Or would the snake be restricted to having to slide along a surface or can I shoot it out/up in the air/direct it to move through the air?

you can in essence ask for anything, its just a matter of it being acceptable or not. All of that seems like a lot for a single tech. As far as movement, I would assume it would act like any of the katon dragon type techs

Description: Pretty simple. Makes any mist/fog/gas based jutsu so heavy that it is impossible to see or sense through, for the caster and those trapped within. One is still able to see, but the field of vision is so limited one might as well be blind to everything but what is on their person. Also, it makes any of the aforementioned fog/gas/mist based jutsu more difficult to dispell with strong winds, as long as one pays an amount of chakra roughly one-fourth as much as the original technique costs at the time of casting, starting at C-rank since otherwise the math gets kinda annoying and I wouldn't know whether to round up or down with the fractions. With an additional payment of half the chakra cost of the technique, the jutsu becomes harder to escape, weighing down any foe within and making low-ranked escape jutsu such as shunsin impossible.

tldr:
+ 0.25x chakra cost of technique = mist/fog/gas techs are impossible to see through/sense through for Shou/and anyone else + can't be dispelled by wind/fuuton

Technique Name: kage Ittai no Jutsu [ Shadow Unity Technique ]

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Null
Description: This jutsu is the action of a taimers pet forming themselves into chakra itself in its purest form and merging into the owner. This is a temporary act as such can only last for 10 posts and has a 20 post cool down. After which no matter how much chakra was used in that state both the owner and the pet suffer a good deal of exhaustion. The benefit of this fusion allows the elements and the current chakra after performing this jutsu to be added to the owners. Allowing them to use all of their current elements and abilities but also gaining the elements and abilities of the pet as well. The user shares the chakra pool (current amount available, not max) The user would also gain one large physical attribute of the pet. If the user would drop below 100 chakra of the shared pool when they would separate the pet would die.

Quick summery:The user has the pet merge into him (both must cast the jutsu) User gains pets current chakra amount added into their own, gain abilities and elements of pet as well. Gain one big trait of the pet. Lasts 10 posts with a 20 post cooldown, and pet dies if joint chakra pool drops below 100. Obviously both die if chakra drops to 0.

Official Description: Infuuin • Kai is a Fuuinjutsu technique developed by Tsunade that allows her to use the Souzou Saisei technique. Over a period of time, Tsunade will focus and build up chakra in the seal mark on her forehead. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body.
Guild Description: The user will have a mark upon their forehead which is able to store up to their normal amount of chakra, when outside of battle. Takes 20 posts to fully charge 100%. When the user wishes, the bounds surrounding the seal will break & leak chakra (or stamina, not both) back into the user's body. Requirement: Medical Class

And that is permanent, this custom is only temporary

Shou uses kirigakure no jutsu, as well as this technique as a supplementary technique. Since he really wants to murder Weeaboo Japanesename of Konoha, he pays the two extra costs, grounding the mist and thickening it so it is impossible to penetrate and escape from without paying a relatively-large cost unless Weeaboo Japanesename can escape the jutsu normally without the use of jutsu. Shou, expecting this, stabs him in the face because he really wants to kill the guy without him being seen since the aforementioned shinobi is a close-combat monster. All in all, it cost Shou 25 chakra [ 10 normally, plus 1/4 C-rank cost and 1/2 C-rank cost since it's C-minimum. don't know if Kirigakure No Jutsu has a chakra upkeep since it doesn't have a post-limit until it ends sp I'd assume 25 per post where it's active ] Were he to use Ash Cloud, it would do the same but cost him 70 [ 40 base, 10 from quarter-cost and 20 from half-cost additions + 70 upkeep from posts beyond the original five allotment]

Can't believe I forgot to add dimensions to the second jutsu. s**t, hm. A 33ftx33ftx33ft gas cloud? So it's big but won't fill the entire thread where it's used.

Just so we are clear, it is strengthening the mist tech so it requires a larger chakra cost to dispell? So if you use a c rank, jaspanesename could use a b rank and defeat correct? The initial quarter cost can only limit techs of lower ranks from being active, not e-b exclusively.

Makes it non-dispellable. So it last for the duration of the Hutus instead of haha wind beats it.

Only techniques that facility movement and escape, like sunshin and flying thunder god. And depends on the jutsu rank as well.

any technique of 1 rank higher has to be able to dispell it, but the limit of technique activations is perfectly ok. You will need an upkeep of the .5x chakra cost to maintain the effect however. so if you used a B rank mist, than any A rank tech can defeat the mist, but no e-b rank techs can be activated inside of the mist, including from you. understood

fog: would you mind giving me a quick rp sample/example of the effects and their applications please? i think i have a grasp on it, i just want to see if my understanding matches how you think it will work.

Shou uses kirigakure no jutsu, as well as this technique as a supplementary technique. Since he really wants to murder Weeaboo Japanesename of Konoha, he pays the two extra costs, grounding the mist and thickening it so it is impossible to penetrate and escape from without paying a relatively-large cost unless Weeaboo Japanesename can escape the jutsu normally without the use of jutsu. Shou, expecting this, stabs him in the face because he really wants to kill the guy without him being seen since the aforementioned shinobi is a close-combat monster. All in all, it cost Shou 25 chakra [ 10 normally, plus 1/4 C-rank cost and 1/2 C-rank cost since it's C-minimum. don't know if Kirigakure No Jutsu has a chakra upkeep since it doesn't have a post-limit until it ends sp I'd assume 25 per post where it's active ] Were he to use Ash Cloud, it would do the same but cost him 70 [ 40 base, 10 from quarter-cost and 20 from half-cost additions + 70 upkeep from posts beyond the original five allotment]

Can't believe I forgot to add dimensions to the second jutsu. s**t, hm. A 33ftx33ftx33ft gas cloud? So it's big but won't fill the entire thread where it's used.

Just so we are clear, it is strengthening the mist tech so it requires a larger chakra cost to dispell? So if you use a c rank, jaspanesename could use a b rank and defeat correct? The initial quarter cost can only limit techs of lower ranks from being active, not e-b exclusively.

Makes it non-dispellable. So it last for the duration of the Hutus instead of haha wind beats it.

Only techniques that facility movement and escape, like sunshin and flying thunder god. And depends on the jutsu rank as well.
any technique of 1 rank higher has to be able to dispell it, but the limit of technique activations is perfectly ok. You will need an upkeep of the .5x chakra cost to maintain the effect however. so if you used a B rank mist, than any A rank tech can defeat the mist, but no e-b rank techs can be activated inside of the mist, including from you. understood


that is incredibly broken and very easy to abuse given my class-picks [ Medic + Ninjutsu giving me a lot of chakra ] and medical-class jutsu subject to retraining and custom jutsu I plan to create.

For example.

I could, in theory, create an antidote to a paralytic poison, take it, and then flood a battle with a poison via Biransei no Jutsu [ Poison Gas Technique ]

and then I'd proceed to utterly destroy everyone as they would only be able to defend via metagaming since hey, how will they know which antidote to use and they are unable to use any jutsu within the cloud? So I'm sorry man, but that is insanely broken the way you worded it and I would love to use it, but to me it's nonsense.

Originally, someone would be able to use jutsu within the mist with the exception of movement-based jutsu, but the jutsu wouldn't dispell the mist despite out-ranking it. One could still hear, taste, touch and feel within the mist and use jutsu that didn't contain anything approaching the sight-descriptor and they could function. even wreck him, such as with sound-based genjutsu or throwing wind through the mist as it wouldn't disturb the mist and would be that much more difficult to defend against. The enhancement jutsu does have it's flaws, as Shou would have to learn how to effectively fight blind and defend against anything fuuton-based as it would be completely obscured by the heavy mist or gas.

yeah, please rewrite a little more clearly. there has to be some way for the mist to be dispelled, it cant just be immune to other techniques

How about:

It has to be harmless mist i.e. Kirigakure no Jutsu, it can't be used as an attack and possesses no offensive capabilities of its own. Since jutsu would go through it without being impeded or negated or weakened in any way, save for sensory techniques or doujutsu. While it does absolutely nothing to hurt anyone, it also does nothing to stop anyone from hurting anyone else.

It just changes the battlefield.
