I'm thinking a city of lightning. A game of cat and mouse, with lightning falling all around.

Remember what Zaine's powers are, since he's the God of Lightning/Storms. But if I remember correctly, isn't the proving grounds some sort of spiritual place? Maybe lightning and such is there NATURALLY?
