Tristian frowned softly as he heard Aurora's soft sobs, and he snuggled against her in hopes she wouldn't be so sad. Of course, he was uncertain whether or not the tears were sorrowfull or not - Either way, he disliked when people were upset for any reason. He ran his fingers through her hair gently and offered a soft 'Please don't cry'.

Luc laid his cheek against Aurora's hair, sliding an arm around her waist comfortingly.
"Ohh, ohh, shhh. It's all right, darlin', come on."
His accent peeped out as he squeezed her waist gently, smiling warmly at Tris.
"Lets get her over to the bed where she can sit down."
"The basement is a B, I think," Vince mused, pouting a little in thought. After a very short moment, due to having the personality and the attentionspan of a hummingbird, he shrugged and handed it back to him, "You don't need a key, you can always sleep in my room. Maggie won't mind the noise."
He smirked coyly, and held a hand out.
"I'm Vincent, by the way."

Markus entered the apartment building a bit apprehensively, dragging his large trunk behind him. He had been looking for a place to stay and it seemed like this place might have some openings. He looked around, rubbing his shoulder. 'I really should think about getting a suitcase,'he thought dryly. ((Do we have a landlord/lady or are they never seen?))

Bianca sighed, softly, rolling out of bed and happy for a distraction from her sleeplessness.
She took her dear sweet time, getting to the door, after calling out,
"Just a minute!"
She re-dressed, touched her makeup and hair back up, then examined herself in the mirror to make sure it was a pretty picture. As usual, it was. She opened the door, beaming even more brightly when she saw that it was a boy to play with.
"Hi, I think you're new here, huh? Anything I can hel you with darlin'?"

Aurora wiped at her eyes with a small hankercheif she had tucked away, and smiled happily and warmly at the two men wrapped around her. "They're tears of joy," she chuckled softly, "I'm just so grateful." Moving towards the bed with the two, she smiled. "Let's get this over with so I can officially be with my new family, shall we?"
Nikolaus laughed openly, but not maliciously and grinned. "Not shy," he said with mirth in his voice, "I like that. A lot." Taking the key back and placing it in his pocket, he nodded at Vincent. "I'm Nikolaus." Standing, he took the other male's hand and pulled him to his feet with a smirk. "So," he said slowly with a wink, "where's that room of yours?"

A bit surprised at the young woman's sudden appearance and energy, Markus hestitated for a moment before answering,"Um, yeah. I was looking for a place to stay. Do you have any rooms available?"

Vincent squeaked, blushing and grinning broadly.
"Don't tease me, Nick. I may be stunning, but I'm still prone to having my heart broken," he laughed brightly. He stod up as well, stretching his arms and wings lazily, "If you do wana come up and see me ... or, you know, Maggie, I suppose. If you really want to. She's boring, but she's a sweet girl. Anyway, we're in (x)."
Bianca was leaning forward on the doorframe of the office door, when she spotted 'Laus past her new future tenant. And he was flirting. With that fruit bat Vincent. She huffed, angrily, before turning back to the boy before her.
"Sure thing, darlin'," she said, raising her voice a little, hoping to catch 'Laus' attention, "We've got plenty of room. Wana step in? I can get you all taken care of myself."
She grinned again, winking at him.

Officially...? Tristian squeaked as he looked between Aurora and Lucius. What do you mean? He couldn't help but near glow hot with embarrassment, as he was still terribly confused on what was going on before he showed up. He looked between the wto with wide eyes a moment longer before swallowing and stepping closer to the bed as well.

Bianca left the door open as she flounced into the room o the desk. She rifled through a stack of papers on the desk before pulling out the application, then drew out a clipboard and a pen.
"Here ya go. Get on filling this out, and I'll be back in a tick. I need to grab your keys."
She moved into the back part of the office, skimming a key rack for one of the empty apartments.
Luc laughed, gently, helping Aurora to sit.
"We mean literaly a part of the family, Tris-babe. A part of us."
As he spoke, his fangs had begun to show behind his lips again. He grinned broadly, showing them off more clearly.
"Just a little excahnge of blood. Nothing kinky, darlin'."
