his right hand went up first still holding the vodka all of a sudden. then he tried and fail to get up. he only flipped him self on to his back. he was drunk as some one could possible could get. but he was slightly awake and could barley move.

"My god...and people say I'm a horrible drunk...but you sure as hell beat me." Danyael said, with a laugh. "I'll take that as a yes then." Danyael muttered as he slung one of James' arms around his neck stood him up and walked with him to the living room, setting him on the couch. He grabbed the vodka bottle from James' hand and moved it to the table and said, "You need help, my friend....Just stay here." Danyael said, moving the bottle again and wandered around for Melody and called, "James is back~"

James then just fell side ways and was laid out on the couch.

Danyael frowned and shaid, "Well, I guess I'm on my own to take care of him..." He said, grimly. He walked back to James and asked, "Anything you need?"

james was completely drunk. he was a drinker when you got him started. "yeah some water and crackers." he said as the hang over start to come on to him.

Danyael gave a small salute and fetched some crackers a glass of water and walked back out to him, setting the food and water infront of him. "There you go anything else?"

((I'm so sorry! D: I feel like crying now... T~T I accidentally stayed til Saturday then I got lost in time... @~@ *kills self with a ball point pen french fry* Bleh!~ xP))
Melody poked her head up to see Toby holding out his hand for her. She smiled a little bashfully as she took his hand. "If you think you are the shortest than I must be a dwarf... How tall is the tallest in your family anyways?" Soon she heard Danyael call for her and she bounced up and dashed back into the house without being able to hear Toby's answer. When she reached Danyael she noticed James sprawled on the couch drunk. She pursed her lips and placed her hand over her cheek. "Oh dear! What have you gotten yourself into now?" Melody giggled as her tail began to sway back and forth behind her.

Danyael saluTed him and said, "Don't mention it James." When he saw Melody, he said with both a smile and a british accent, "Well, it looks as if he had the time of his life, love."

Toby was just about to reply when Melody ran in the direction Danyael's voice came from.

((Gah! Scary!! You just popped up out of nowhere!!! =0 And do stuff completely random!~ Like what I'm about to do. :3 Ugh I'm going to bed soon...))
When Melody heard Danyael speak in the British accent her hand slid from her cheek and she looked at him with her mouth opened into a big "O". She giggled as she slipped in front of him and stood on her tip-toes. "Silly silly! What's with that strange accent?" She said as she pressed her hands over his cheeks and squished them together.She giggled again as her tail flickered to and fro.

Danyael stood there as she played with his face. "Well, miss, I just wanted to use an accent today is all." He tried to smile but found it hard with her hands on his face. He could barely talk while he was like that.

After a moment Melody finally let go of Danyael and took a step back. She smiled and began to rock back and forth on her heels. "Sorry, but that got me a little excited. It sounded so intriguing to me! You did a very good job as well. I think James is going to be as well as he can be at the moment so I'm going to go back to Toby-Oh no!" Melody clapped her hands over her face before sliding them down. "I just left Toby there!" She waved to Danyael before running out of the room to go find Toby. "Toby!"
