Well from what we have Seen Sasuke was stabbed in the side and Danzo Through the entire gut region. I think Sasuke wins lol

Although the suspenseful thing is whether or not the Izanagi technique prevented the fatal wound by becoming a genjutsu as he had avoided death with all the Susano-O attacks (though Susano-O is odd to think of without a sword for me). The comparison in powers are vastly different.
As you can see Sasuke killed Orochimaru, meaning that the people who were able to beat Sasuke were stronger then a Sannin in the leaf village. [ even if he was sick. ]
He doesn't cry, and he still fights smart. Just different objectives and different obstacles.

The thing is people, if Sasuke dies we won't see anymore Reiton abilities really. The only reason the Reikage was after Sasuke was for Killer Bee in which he already found so no reason for him to participate in the war besides to kill Sasuke. And if they do that no more reason for him to be there.
Saints and Vikings are on a whole different level then the Colts, Colts won't stand a chance.
