It applies to all those profiles that I have yet to approve as of yesterday. So sorry Kira, you'll also be needing to choose a different village for you rpc.

I know, and I've looked at it and made several comments. His bloodline application has also been denied so until he redoes it, I can't approve of it. Konoha also has too many active members atm so I have to spread out some of the newer members to Suna and Kiri. Maybe after the transfer, we'll be able to move some ppl around based on activity and rank. Until then, any new profiles being approved will either be placed in Suna or Kiri.

From the general activity I'm seeing around the village. I know that some ppl haven't been active for awhile now and I have taken that into consideration. Right now Suna and Kiri really need some active members.

As of now Cobra is having an NPC act as temporary Hokage. When we see someone demonstrate an high enough level of rping skills, I guess we'll promote him/her to kage. Until then, just rp as you would normally do. A kage seat should be earned not given right from the start. At least that's my view on it.

Look Mint, we're all doing our best here to keep this guild alive while we're setting up the new guild. We all also have lives outside of gaia, it can't be helped. So maybe we're a bit slow but from what I can tell ppl are managing. Look, if Cobra doesn't reply in Konoha soon, I will. In regards to the Hokage thing, it'll probably be best to select one once the transfer is done and over with. So can we stop filling the profile thread with OCC now please? If you have any more problems with my decision, either take it up with another vp/crew member out of this fourm or pm me and we'll discuss things through that.

Alright... This is what Cobra says:
I agree with Lilly on many issues, especially those concerning the need to keep each village active, and therefore she closed down Konoha.
HOWEVER... I'm going to turn back her ruling that profiles submitted PRIOR to her announcement can still enter Konoha... despite the high numbers. We'll sjut make a note that all others need to go to Kiri/Suna afterwards.
...we can deal with an imbalanced number for now, since it's not a big deal. When TUP is finally ready for everyone, they'll have ti reformat their profiles anyways, which will in it's own way allow us to do a secondary activity check.
when I get home tonight, I will work super hard to get things up and running, as I can see people are getting antsy.
[Side Note: Kira - That's an awesome picture, I would have allowed your character into Konoha on basically any grounds due to the fact that your character would seem to belong there.]
