Description: Using this jutsu the user is able to create a prison similar to a birdcage, made of bones that is formed around the target. The user extends bones underground, in a similar way Sawarabi no Mai is performed. Just like it may be extended underground, it may be extended into walls and such, as long as the user is able to stand still while touching the surface where the bones will be extended into. It can't be used on metal, ice (created by a shinobi) and crystal surfaces. The cage size varies with the size of the one it is being used on, but at most it will have 3 meters (9.8 ft) in height and will have 2 meters (6.5 ft) in width.

Description: After the creation of the bone cage, the user directly touches the cage with both hands. Using chakra and the ability given to the Kaguya clan, the cage reacts as long spikes are created within the bars of the cage. Those spikes are long enough to reach, from where they origin, to the opposite side of the cage. As long as spears, up to 20 of those may be formed within the birdcage, in any direction as long as it is within the cage.

@Akura: Not sure who told you the tools wouldn't need to be a clan or bloodline, don't really care either. As it stands though, the way they are you would have to be a Sealing Master with the Summoner type to even think about learning them. Even then, they would have to be at least B-A rank and submitted in seals, not jutsu. And even then I'm not sure I could allow it, considering the implications of creating weapons from thin air.

Yet if you submitted it as a clan, it'd have a fair chance of passing.

We don't have Chakra Mouth jutsu? Alright, I have a challenge for you then. Find all of the clay jutsu, and make them up for the guild. I'm not sure how I feel about allowing a canon technique to become personal just because it's not already in the guild, but if you make them universal clan jutsu they should pass easily enough.

Kaguya no Yokusei, Torikago (Kaguya Suppression, Birdcage): So... All it does is make a cage? You can actually lower the rank on this to A if you want. It's not on the extreme level you expect from S rank jutsu.

You should lower the range by about half though. Fifty feet is a pretty long distance for a capturing technique to be used from.

Kaguya no Yokusei, Tetsu no Shojo (Kaguya Suppression, Iron Maiden) : Okay, that's a bit cruel. But, I don't actually see anything wrong with it beyond the extreme cruelty, and the potential whining of those foolish enough to get caught in the first place. Approved. Oh! And the word should be "Originate". Not "Origin". Also, Suppression has two Ps. /Nazi mode

A note for the future. When submitting clan specific jutsu, the element should be the clan. For you, it'd be Kaguya, or Bone.

Hm...the S rank was exactly because of the range and also because of the density of the bones. But alright I don't mind making it an A ranked technique, it won't really decrease the density of the bones. Half of the range seems fine for me. And...the "origin" was a typo and "supression" was just because in portuguese the word is similar and has 1 P.

As for the "element" I put it like that because bone isn't an element (clan isn't either). I was going to type "Kekkei Genkai related" but it seems that I forgot that part.

Well I decided to re-work all of the clays before posting the jutsu, just like how I pointed out a few weeks ago, the clays have no difference between each other, just that they last longer, so I decided to take that off and instead make the difference in the blast range/power.

Name of Jutsu: Katsu
Rank of Jutsu: E,C,B,S
Guild-Wide? Yes
Jutsu's Element: Explosive Clay
Description: By bringing the hands together, making the tiger seal, the user sends a brief pulse of chakra to a designated clay created by the user. This pulse of chakra differs in power depending on the clay's power; E rank being for C1, C rank being for C2, B rank being for C3 and S rank being for C4.

Rank of Jutsu: D
Range of Jutsu: If the clay messures 1 foot, 2 feet in diameter, if it's 2 feet or larger, the blast radius is of 5 feet.

Jutsu's Element: Explosive Clay
Description: The first explosive the members of the clan are able to use. These bombs are the equivalent of three paper tags going off at the same time over an area, having very destructive capabilities. This type of clay can be given shape and used in the same post, as well as it can be crafted and used later. These explosives ca only be a minimum of 1 foot in diameter ad a maximum of 3 feet, ad up to three of these clays can be made at a time.
Note: This technique is Passive and requires no Chakra to form the Clay, it takes 2 posts to be able to learn how to use this clay and it is not affected by any learning modifiers.

Range of Jutsu: 8 feet for the radius of the explosion, no matter the dimensions of the clay.

Jutsu's Element: Explosive Clay
Description: This is the second weakest clay in the Chakra Mouth's arsenal, but that does not mean it doesn't serve it's use. Not one of the strongest clays in the arsenal, the C2 has the power of seven paper tags, having a power of little over double the strength of the C1. It takes one post to craft the shape of this clay; during this post the user can move. The clay has a minimum diameter of 5 feet, and a maximum of 7 feet. Despite the size of the clay, the explosive range and power remains the same.
Note: This is a passive technique and does not require chakra to use. It takes 4 posts to learn how to make this clay and these posts are not affected by learning Mods. Using this jutsu the user makes up to four clay sculptures, although the user ca bring battle ready molded clay to the battle for easy use.

Jutsu's Element: Explosive Clay
Description: C3 is a very lethal explosive in the arsenal of the people of the clan. This type of explosive has the destructive capabilities of 12 paper tags, and the power of this many tags as well. These bombs have the ability to be more discrete than the C2, being able to be at least 1 foot in diameter, but by doing so the blast radius is incredibly weakened to a 3 feet radius around the bomb, and a maximum of ten feet, but it still holds the same destructive capabilities.

Note: This is a passive jutsu blah blah blah it requires three posts less from other B ranked jutsu to learn, blah blah blah, it takes 2 posts for this clay to be molded within the mouth of the user but this type of clay cannot be brought into battle already molded.

Thats a good point, I didn't think of that. This jutsu wouldn;'t put out a fire, if thats what you were asking when you mentioned a Forest Fire, it merely affects the temperature to a point where a human unused to Ice would be hindered by the effects of the chill. Unless you were fighting right over the mouth of an active volcano, I don't see how that would affect the jutsu. A Forest Fire would make the jutsu useless, seeing as there is active fire on all sides of the user. The desert, however, would still be affected by this jutsu. Yes, the desert is hotter than most environments, but not to a degree of rendering this jutsu useless.

You would not believe how much trouble I went through to keep it down to fifteen. >.>

Throughout the show though, we're not given a clear picture of the tags power. One minute Yashamaru is using thousands right on his body and it doesn't even kill him (instantly), and the next one destroys a forest of death sized tree completely.

And for C4, yeah, it'd be S. But keep in mind that S is a massive leap up from A, in all senses. Getting to S rank at all is difficult for anyone. Learning S rank jutsu takes a long time, and S rank techniques cost a lot more than A to activate.
