Etsuchi came into the show, he would have been alarmed since she was part of team kill, or so Kay had told him, but the gennin was sure she wouldn't hurt Kay... or so he hoped. " Poor girl... It's her first day... and she's stuck with the craziest members of the village.. Including myself... Atleast David ai'nt here." Akura thought as he looked at Etsuchi's kunai. " Etsuchi... please don't do anything funny... that you will regret later." Akura told the Chunnin assasin slowly.

Sure, one of them appeared to be a hostage at the moment, but who really cared about things like that? He occasionally wondered if that boy was still quite sane though. He had dragged him up a flight of stairs after all, and that didn't always leave your brains quite intact. Well, he hadn't been around much after that, so now he could probably monitor the boy and see. But enough of that, he needed information. Pulling the message scroll he had received from his pocket, David held it up to be seen, and spoke. "I was called back from the exams, anyone know where our new kage is?" Yeah, it wasn't much of a greeting, but who cares? He wanted his information, walking home from an island in the middle of the final test was rather annoying, especially when the person who called you wasn't there when you arrived. Kay was at first suprised by Etsushi but as she purred in his ear, he instantly snapped out of it and lost the small fear rising in his throat. He rose an eyebrow and told Akura to shut up with a glance. He saw David and then smirked. Good old days...
"Etsushi, please let me go, the suprise death threats kinda hurt me sensei," he said using one hand to slightly push the kunai and then turning so they were facing each other. He shared a mutually cold look in his eyes when she spoke of being wounded, for Zane leaving wasn't the highlight of this week. The look would be enough for them to make the decision to wait until the others weren't around to have this moment. DAvid's question broke him out of his slight trance even though she was still holding him around the neck, but he pushed himself free and turned to David.
He looked down at him with a look of respect, though it was odd to be looking DOWN on David. "I saw most of your match in the third stage. It may not be much, but I personally feel like you won that match. At anyrate, it's good to have you back in suna," Kay said bowing in respect and thinking After all, I owe you for the staircase...

" Speek of the devil... or think of him in this case..." Akura thought as he ignored Kay's glance, monstly cause the highlight of the show finally got there. " I don't know... I didn't even know Zane died... Mostly cause I've been taking care of Nanashi." Akura said as he crossed his arms and looked at David. " I saw your match too, you were great, like Kay said, you should have won." Akura said as he sighed and looked back at the academy student. " This should be fun." The gennin though, since the two nutjobs of Suna were right there... Just standing infront of them.

How did a person die in such a short period of time? "What, did he have cancer or something?" He muttered, before looking back at his scroll. "No point keeping this then." The boy sighed, tossing the thing to the side, into a conveniently placed refuse bin that had most likely been sitting there unnoticed for years due to it's not being something commonly found in such a place. Zane's apparent death would have a stronger affect on the boy if he had actually met him for more than five minutes, but he hadn't. All he really felt was a faint tinge of disappointment that the replacement kazekage had gone and died on him. [Chakra Point Total: 35/35]

かろなしかぐやろいヴぁす  Let those who face me know.... Karonashi's eyebrows rose. He had apparently arrived at a rather trying time, if what he had just heard was any indication. If the leader of the village was dead, then he wasn't likely to be accepted into the shinobi ranks for a while. He grumbled and rubbed the back of his head as he looked at the newest arrival. There seemed to be something off about the boy, probably due to the fact that he apparently didn't care that the Kazekage had perished. Karo shrugged - it wasn't his place to question the actions of the shinobi and kunoichi here - he was here to learn and eventually to teach, nothing more, nothing less. Of course, at this rate, I'll be an old man before I ever learn anything worthwhile. ...that the Bone King is coming for their lives!

Akura sighed as he moved his eyes back toward David. " Actually... I'm not sure how nor why he died..." The boy said as he saw David tossing the scroll to the trash. " Why are you so interested in Zane... If you don't mind me asking." Akura said weary, since asking David things only brought him troble in the past.
