Tod was faced with two very bad choices. 1. chase after the man who did it and try to catch him. or 2. try and save ame. he was no medical ninja but he still did not want the woman to just die like this

All of Ames scrolls and equiptment suddenly vanished in a flash leaving her in just her clothes sitting on the roof top already dead.

Tod hated the situation more and more. he did not want the women to die in such humiliation. so he took of his shirt and did his best to cover her. he checked to see if he could still save her but there was no use. she was dead. he sighed and picked the flower that she had looked at earlier and put it in her hands. "i am sorry miss ame. i am sorry you died for me." he did not cry or betray any emotion of sadness aside from a frown. a voice inside his head said 'this is the way of the world you know that there is no use for pity. she is gone after all. you did not know her well enough for this to truly matter. remember this ha nothing to do will our goal.' 'our goal' he asked 'yes our goal to survive' it answered

"darn well any ideas how to preserve her body? i thought the kage might want to look at it. he may find something interesting." tod said now speaking the idea in his head. 'just in case she has a power that the village can find beneficial' he thought

"at your place. sure. just let me deal with this." tod took her to the kages office found a body bag and put her in it. he took his shirt back and then left a note on the top of the body bag saying 'i hope you can find some use of her body' then he got up and said "ok Zale lets go" and he leaves.

Tod walked into the office and started to look for a book on human anatomy among the other books in the kages office. when he found one he sat down and pulled it out. he opened it and began to read. he did this with no intention of becoming a medical ninja. it was because of what he had heard of hunter ninjas. they were required to know all of the vital points of the human body. for him to know that he needed to know how the human body works. so he studied for hours he even took out a pice of paper and drew a few diagrams in order to get a better mindset. for another hour or so he studied then he sat back and sighed "this is such a pain but i got to do it." he said flatly. he picked up the book and left another note on the kages desk saying "i have borrowed one of your text books for the purpose of training. i will return it soon. - Tod" then he left for his home

The clone of LT sat there still writing paper work and drinking coffee. He filed, filled, and read hundreds of papers and reports. The ones he didnt know how to deal with he left in a small neat pile on the Kage's messy desk. Fed up with haveing to wade through the piles of books, and papers, and other various items on the floor. LT walked around and picked up and organized various items for several hours until the office was neat and organized. Once done he went back to his chair and took a nap.

Tod walked in to the newly cleaned office and stared "wow!" he said then a thought crossed his mind "wait! this might be genjutsu!" then as he observed he realized it was not. "hmmmmm ok so i guess teacher cleaned it a little" tod moved quietly over trying not to wake tares and set the book on the desk then he took the note he had left earlier and threw it out. he looked over at the body bag he had left there "thats going to start smelling soon unless i get it on ice." so tod went in the fridge and found all the ice he could and put it in the body bag then zipped it back up. tod walked out of the office towards tares' house to see if his weapon was ready.

Matsuya's clone appeared on top of the tower. It could see the entire village from up here. He had a radio in his ear and was relaying everything he saw to the real Matsuya.
