Torma didnt understand what he meant by job but he didnt let it bother him too much.

Flint was suprized by the answer. it was a bit more info than he thought he would get. he didn't want to make a mistake and let any info slip. best tell Tanis. he thought to himself. "well, you should get some rest. i'll leave you alone for now. i'm sure you'll find Alex." he said as he got up to leave.

Aura made a little choked sound of horror when her gaze fell on her parents. She couldn't help it. "I...uh...am going outside. I'll be back...later." That said, she was out the door again before anyone could speak.
Engela turned to look pointedly at Mathias. "See? Traumatized. Told you." She smiled over at Artemis. "Since you're under strict orders to not leave the house for the next day or two, would you mind sharing a room with Einon for the night? I'm afraid we don't have guests often enough to have a spare room."

Mathias smirked. "What?! You know, she 'peeked in' on us in a private moment. How can I help it with you looking insanely beautiful all the time. Plus...your sweet scent...mmmmmm." Mathias's eyelids flutter slightly at the memory of earlier that night, in the woods, the two of them and everything they did. Licking his fangs slightly, he glanced at Engela's neck; the two punctures still there from when he bit her. He sighed deeply and pulled Engela closer, her head on his shoulder and his arm around her shoulders.
Einon laughed when Aura left. "HAHA! Weak stomach much?! I can't pass this up. Be back later." Running out the door, he planned on teasing and goading Aura into a spar.
Artemis nodded, smirking. "Yea, no problem! My house is smaller than this place and I make do just fine. I'll head home...oh wait, I can't. Hmm, well, Einon will just have to loan me some stuff in the morning."

Engela gave Mathias a very pointed look even as she nudged him in the side to get some breathing space. "Not in front of the guests, please, Mathias. Control yourself, my dear," she admonished gently. "Well, it's hardly as though the poor girl knew," she replied aloud, shaking her head at him. Turning her attention back to Artemis with hardly a flicker, she said, "You should probably sleep early - the magical drain will catch up to you soon. First bedroom on the left is Einon's - the first, mind." She stressed this because the second on the left was Aura's.
Aura slowed down once she was well out into the forest. Taking a long breath of clean, pine-scented air, she settled down beneath a willow tree, the gracefully draping branches almost hiding her from sight. Wrapping her arms around her knees, she stared at nothing.
The memory had slipped her mind once she got outside - probably thanks to her mother, the girl thought wryly. Her mind had fallen into other tracks in the meantime.

I'm trying. I can smell your own interest in me, my love. Your taste...your feel....your NEED. I'd almost call it your hunger. Outwardly, Mathias let his wife get into a comfy position on the couch.
Artemis nodded. "First on the left, got it. And the bathroom, just for future reference?" He asked as he got up. He had felt fine the moment before Engela said 'magical drain', but now it felt like he had to fight to form words and move.
Einon caught up to his sister, landing on a branch over her. "Hiya Queesy!!" Laughing, Einon stared down at her then pretended to faint. Since he had just fed a little earlier, he was brimming with energy and a lot stronger than he was during their last sparring match. As long as Aura didn't use that 'white magic', Einon knew he could beat her.

"Go away, Einon," said Aura dully, resting her chin on the tops of her knees. "I need to think, and if you bother me I am going to do my level best to kill you." She knew he wanted to spar, and she was sorry - she would have liked to practice, too. But she had to think things through.
"Ground floor, out through the kitchen, down the hall, last door on the right," replied Engela to Artemis's question. She was only listening to him with half an ear, though - most of her attention was on Mathias. "Of course," she purred back mentally. "I did promise you...later."
((OOC: For the sake of fricking expedience, I'm going to say that Vix and Leon have gone home. >.< Sorry, Sivler, but it just makes no sense that they would have been here all this time and not said anything.))

Jumping down, he sat next to his sister, sensing her thoughts were elsewhere. But it wasn't the sense like the others had. This was his 'brother needs to help sister' sense. "Aura, sorry, I won't tease. But if you need to talk, you've always got my ear." Gently touching her shoulder comfortingly, Einon turned and headed back towards the house on foot, walking.
Artemis nodded, heading upstairs and into Einon's room. He was about to make his usual bed of ice but stopped. Remembering the warning, he laid his staff down and found some spare blankets, laid them on the floor and laid down. Before his head hit the pillow, he was out.
Mathias watched Artemis leave out of the corner of his eye, all his attention on his wife. Indeed you did. And I intend to make SURE you keep it, my love. Our room, right NOW! Hehe. We'll seal it completely, sound-proof as well as mentally-proof.

((OOC: Well, I don't want to manipulate everyone else's characters. That's pushing it a little far. In fact, I have another way to deal with it. Never mind, they haven't gone home.))
"Give me a minute to deal with the guests, love," replied Engela patiently. She turned to Alex, Naomi and Sora, lifting a brow. "I'm afraid Mathias and I have some things we need to deal with. Feel free to camp out down here for the night if you want to. Blankets are in the back cupboard over there. Or else ask Einon or Aura to help send you home - they can both do it." She smiled. "I'm sure we'll be seeing you again." That said, she turned away and went upstairs, knowing Mathias would follow.
Aura turned around briefly. She was about to call out after her brother, but at the last minute changed her mind. As nice as it would have been to talk to him, she needed time to herself for a few minutes more. Just a few minutes more.

((OOC: Okay. We have massive 'sleep over', hehe.))
The field was only the WARM-UP, dear. You're IN FOR IT tonight. Mathias nodded his head once to each person then turned on his heal and followed after Engela, hissing low in his throat as he came up behind her the moment the were in their room. His right hand wrapped around her chest as his left when south of the border, rubbing both spots. "MINE!" He growls softly and bites her neck again, tasting her blood and arousal.
Einon kept walking, back home. He got to the door and walked in. Seeing everyone getting blankets and pillows, he smirked. Go from loners to bed-and-breakfast in one day, hehe. It's all good though. Einon glided upstairs and found he had a guest in his room. Shrugging, Einon used his powers to lift him over Artemis and soundlessly land on his bed. He stripped to his briefs then sealed himself in a cocoon of shadows. He stayed awake though, listening to the sounds of the house and waiting for his sister to come back home.

Her defenses were down, completely down, and that was the only reason Engela could think of why someone else's emotions should suddenly come rushing into her like a freight train.
Fear. Pain. Hate. And a terrible confusion that made all the rest of it worse.
She hadn't been expecting anything of the sort, and her lack of mental protection - indeed, she'd been taken completely by surprise - combined with the sheer weight of those feelings combined to create the equivalent of a magical knockout.
The last thing she could think as she went limp against Mathias was simply, Two. That was two.

Something was wrong. His beloved never 'passed out' from one of his bites. Fearing the worst, Mathias gently pulled his fangs away and licked the wounds, sealing them instantly. He then very gently carried Engela to the bed and layed her down, her arms over her chest. Not wanting to disturb her, Mathias went and sat in a chair he conjured in the corner of the room, his senses on hyper-protective mode. Every bug and critter was pinpointed and amplified, even the fly that just whizzed by the window. He heard and felt one boy sleeping down the hall, the group downstairs. His son, sealed in shadows in his room, all of it was made aware to Mathias.

Aura sat straight against the tree, rigid. Furiously, she demanded of the second presence in her mind, And just what the hell was that?!
Silence. Then, softly, the voice murmured to her.
(I didn't know it would be like that Aura I'm sorry)
"Well, who was that?" she demanded, not appeased at all. The firestorm of emotion had shot straight through her, taking her own confusion and nerves and, okay, terror over Artemis and mixing them into its own dark maelstrom before sweeping on to someone else, leaving her empty.
(I was reaching out to Leon's girl Aura something's very wrong there)
"Alexa," muttered Aura. "Her name is Alexa, and if all that was hers..." She left it off abruptly, her thoughts of the girl she'd never met switching to something else. "And just where did they go? They sure aren't here anymore."
Even as she asked it, she knew. She got to her feet hurriedly and went back towards the house. She would have some major apologies to make to her mother - the storm of emotion had left her drained and headachy, and it had only remained in her for a few seconds before sweeping up her own emotion and moving on. Apologies it would have to be, because The spirit did it was pretty pathetic as an excuse.

Sora had nodded when Engela spoke to them, and she shrugged. "I'm gonna camp outside," she decided. She put her hands on her head and walked outside, yawning softly and lying down on a patch of grass. Sora stared up at the stars with a small smile. She loved star-gazing.
