She tried her best to nod.
"Empty."
She cringed again. Every word she spoke brought unbareable pain to her ears.
She knew she was faltering again.
"Blood"
Her eyes blurred over and her shaking got violent.

Cloud's fangs started to surface, becoming quite visible in her gaping mouth.
Her mind was screaming, she had done so well to hide them for so long, and now it was over. She started to sweat and a painful thought came to her mind.
"Leave." She whispered.
She refused to hurt Akira.
"Leave." Her voice grew a little louder.

Akira finnaly noticed something was wrong. He saw the fangs. "kitty.." It went in his mind. Then he heard her scream leave. Normally he would, but he was afraid she would die or something if he did. So he diecided to be stubborn and stay. "I'm not leavin', not until you get better."

"AKIRA!!"
She could feel her instincts overtaking her, and she started shaking even worse, her senses feeling him in the room and tweaking.
"LEAVE!"
She wasn't sure if the words were being spoken, or if they were just in her head, but she hoped he wouldn't be foolish and stay.

"that was....loud.." He thought. He decided if she wanted him gone that bad, he should. But he didn't want to. He backed away over the broken door. He then sat down from a safe distance.

Cloud curled up into the fetal position on her floor as she started to cry.
This was the last time she could cry clear tears, and it killed her inside that it was wasted on her pain.
She wished she could bottle them up, and keep them...forever, for she knew she could.
She felt herself lift off the floor a little.
"s**t."
Someone would get hurt tonight. . and she couldn't help what was about to happen . .

Akirasat and backed farther against a wall. "Cloud..?" He asked quitley. She was creeping him out. But at the same time he kept watching because it was like a migician act, he loved magicians, and grapes.

Her eyes turned to the voice that had just reached her ears.
They weren't there normal shade of green now, but they were dark. . .almost black.
She was standing now, but her feet were not touching the floor.
"Akira, my dear. . "
Her voice was mystical, soft and welcoming. . yet it held danger that the lower depths of hell couldn't even fathom.
"Won't you come here?"

Now the decision. Go near the floating, slightly possessed seeming cloud, or run away. If he ran, she might chase him. If he went up to her, she might pull a rabbit out of a hat. Akira did like rabbits.. He slowly appraoched her.

Cloud placed her hand on his shoulder as she lowered herself to the ground.
"That wasn't so bad, was it?"
She smiled and her fangs flashed again.
"Now, I want to show you something." Her eyes grew even darker. "Something, I think you might enjoy."

She smirked.
"Why, yes. A rabbit of sorts."
Her grin grew wider.
"Now, it might feel a little funny at first, but there won't be any after-effects."
She moved in closer to him, her fangs bared.
She whispered in his ear.
"Just focus on the cutest bunny you've ever seen."

Akira invisioned the trix rabbit. Then annoying kids kickinghim and ruining his dreams. Then he thought of bugs bunny! Bugs bunny was the coolest, and he said "What's up doc?" A lot.

Cloud leaned in close and dug her fangs into his neck. She felt the blood flow into her mouth.
She hadn't let herself indulge in an actual human in years. Now, she had thrown it all away, and she knew she'd still have to find her box, the filled one. .
oh god! The box!! Her mind screamed.
Pulling away, she looked at Akira, stunned and confused. She saw his neck healing and gasped, now putting together the pieces of what had happened.
She couldn't speak. She couldn't believe she had done this to him, her friend. . and an innocent one at that.
She paused.
"I'm so sorry. . " She looked at his eyes as hers turned back to normal.
