::The howl rips across the plain like thunder raging across the sky. The howl eminated from a wolf with a set of blank white and souless eyes gazing downward.
It sat nobly atop a tree branch and looked down at the creature below with as much disgust as a wolves face could display. A growl escaped his tightly persed lips.
Of course fear...would likely not be factor as the wolf in question was only about 3ft tall..it was a puppy. And the arms of a child tackled the puppy and scritched its head while giggling.::
Silly puppy! Why you look so sewious?
::The puppy only seemed to get angrier, its gaze never broke from the creature before him. It took a few seconds but the boys eyes followed the tiny puppies eyes to the man in black with a smile from ear to ear.::
Hi!
::He said as he hopped down from the tree and trotted to the man. The boy wore a black jacket with buttons from the neck to the groin. The jacket had silver lining around the ends of its sleaves and the borders of the jacket. Most interstingly, each of the buttons on his jacket were actually designed to look something like skulls. He wore black shorts which seemed perfectly pressed and clean. Blackness and cleanliness seemed to be constant patterns as his black boots and black hair also seemed perfectly spotless and perfectly combed. It seemed like the boy spent hours at a styling salon, but we all know no child has that kind of patience. His black hair was parted neatly in the middle and ran down both sides of his face to the hieght of his ears. His eyes held nothing but joy, and black, not soulless empty black, you could make out his cornea and the tiny viens in his eyes only they were black. It was odd, but for Gaia, not particularly odd.
Not as odd as poking a random stranger, and this child of seemingly 6 or 7 years, with a serious lisp, did just that. He poked the nearest spot on the man he could reach, and just smiled and waved.::

:: A look of slight annoyance crosses Anuksu's face::
Are all the denizens of this place as annoying as you little one?
:: He flies with the utmost grace to the branch the child had come from and stared down at him with cold, evil eyes. He then rests his hand on the silver and emerald jeweled hilt of his khopesh ::
Or is your purpose here some other than to drive me to the cliff edges of my sanity?

Anuksu :: A look of slight annoyance crosses Anuksu's face:: Are--- SHINEY!!!::There was no thought, no reason, no moment of quiet contemplation or warning. The boy dove forward, and he was fast. There was a squeal and a dive straight for the shiney hilt of the kopesh. He would grab it and tug it and pull at it and jerk at it until he could pull it free from its sheath and then he'd literally run a couple feet away and stare at it. His body would move like a blur of black, driven like a predator for the hunt. Some children love candy, some children love toys, some children whine and beg...this one loves shiney's anything shiney and upon grabbing it he holds and covets it like its his own most precious possession until he finds another.::

SHINEY!!!
::There was no thought, no reason, no moment of quiet contemplation or warning. The boy dove
::With a gutteral growl sounding like an angry bear, Anuksu takes flight, hovering above the boy like a black cloud unbanishable by the wind. He touches the Khopesh, which swirls with black energy. With a loud pop, where the khopesh had been, there was a furry, pudgy, little black bat, which flaps into one of Anuksu's coat pockets.::
No shiny's for you little boy, victimize someone else with your lack of reason and runny nose.

Anuksu No shiny's for you little boy, victimize someone else with your lack of reason and runny nose. Awwwww..... ::The boy jumped up and down trying to grab the mans feet and climb up and grab him, bat or not, that thing was a shiney! And he wanted a shiney! The boy had turned so that he was facing the tree, meaning the man in black, had his back to the tree. Now comes a series of questions. How do you defend something you cannot see? How do you hear something that makes no noise? Now do you sense something that is senseless. No sound, no organs or blood, he was made for stealth and stealth is what there was. The airborne man would hear nothing, smell nothing, taste nothing, feeling nothing...except the boot suddenly flying towards the back of his head. He had turned his back to the tree, and thusly to the wolf...dont turn your back on a wolf. But what was attacking him now, was not a wolf. It was a second child, this child wore a set of black boots, a black set of pants, black vest, and a set of shackles which bound his hands together. His footsteps made no sound, he even managed to glide through the wind without making a sound. His kick, flew toward the rear of the black clad mans head giving no warning, and next to no chance for defense. His long black hair drooped over his face, covering his blank white eye and souless eyes. He had seen enough bats. Even he didnt fully understand why, but the stench of vampire made him enraged, while the first boy simply looked confused.::

:the kick connects with the back of his head with the force of a dropped bowling ball:
Listen here you little s**t
:: his fingernails extend into black claws. Each like an individual ebony dagger waiting to tastle blood. ::

Anuksu :the kick connects with the back of his head with the force of a dropped bowling ball: Listen here you little s**t-- ::What does it feel like to have a bat slammed into the back of your skull? In a few minutes perhaps we'd be able to as Anuksu. What he would hear was a loud shout, immediately followed by what seemed to be a wall of black flying at his head. The shout screamed out.::: THATS NOT NICE!!::What he saw, was the blunt side of a 6ft long and 5inch wide sword swinging directly at the rear of his head...the swing, coming from the first little child. He swung as he screamed so at about the time the sound echoed out, the 150lb sword was already past mid swing. It wasnt nice to insult peoples friends. Nu-uh, not nice at all. Meanwhile, the second child having connected his kick, spun in mid air swinging his lef leg in a wide swack at the mans head.::

::Sensing the imminent danger, his two wings form into six razor-sharp demon tails and like a swarm of leathery whips, three swat at the kicker, attempting to push him out of range. And the other three attempt to spear the other child's sword arm.::
Didn't your mother tell you it's not ok to hit?

And the other three attempt to spear the other child's sword arm.:: Didn't your mother tell you it's not ok to hit? Thanks for the grip.::The wolven boy spat out in a surprisingly deep voice. His hands wrapped around the razor group of razor sharp tails. His hands willingly took lascerations in order to use the tails like reigns to pull him into a harder, faster, meaner kick. Meanwhile, the boy below didnt sense, he saw 3 tails aiming at him and shouted and he brough himself to defend. His blade crawled to a stop mid whack and came slashing down at the oncoming tails. He didnt aim to block them, but rather to slice them just as they flew. Meanwhile he shouted.:: BAD! ::At the top of his lungs.::

::The boy's other kick hits its target square, almost knocking him unconcious.::
Damn that hurt!!!!
::The other three tails however, realize their chance. They dodge the sword swing, and attempt to wrap around the boy's arms, moving as quickly as stiking serpents.::

Anuksu ::The boy's other kick hits its target square, almost knocking him unconcious.:: Da-- ::The other three tails however, realize their chance. They dodge the sword swing, and attempt to wrap around the boy's arms.:: ::One kick is good, several is better, he wouldnt pause or stop, he'd just keep kicking. The wolven child didnt have to worry about gravity pulling him down. He had a firm grip, stinging hands was nothing to worry about. For a moment it would look like the boy was climbing a set of a stairs very very fast, and very intensely, each step was more of a stomp. Only instead of stairs, it was a certain mans face...if one kick hurt so much, how would dozens feel? Meanwhile, the child below came upon a better strategy, with a flick of his arm he tossed the sword from his right hand to his left and as the tails wrapped around his unarmed-arm, a whip of his arm allowed him to grab them as well, and the sword came down like a guillotine aiming at the now stuck targets.::

:: with a simple thought, the tails dissolve into black inky shadow, and his leathery wings reapear. Using what little concentration he could focus at the moment, he formed a barrier of psychic energy, an invisible wall of force, to keep the kicker at bay. ::
Get away from me!!!!!!!
::With his other hand, he unleashed an stream of sky blue icy energy toward his target on the ground, hoping to cage him so that he could concentrate on one foe at a time.::

Anuksu :: with a simple thought, the tails dissolve into black inky shadow, and his leathery wings reapear. Using what little concentration he could focus at the moment, he formed a barrier of psychic energy, an invisible wall of force, to keep the kicker at bay. :: Get away from me!!!!!!! ::Both children seemed to have completely different thought patterns, but for that moment as the big bad black man screamed...they agreed. Both simultaneously shouted.:: NO!::A wall doesnt have that squishy satisfaction when you hit it that you get when your boot impacts fleshy goodness. He stopped, he used the barrier as a stepping stone to jump up and over, and then behind the mans head. As gravity pulled him quiety behind him, his arms reached outward, his shackled arms aiming to use the shackles as a sort of garrotte and used his powerful legs to push against his back hoping to either make it hurt...or snap. The second child however wasnt doing so lucky. His sword had just gotten several times heavier, a streak of ice struck the blade and covered it, making it less of a sword and more of a large bludgeoning weapon. Thankfully, the black clad man was looking at the second child and not the first so he likely wouldnt see the shackles coming until it was entirely too late. But the sword wielding child wasnt giving up, he jumped at him with childous fury in his eyes swing what would have been the bladed end of the sword...had it not been frozen...and aiming for his head.::

while concentrating on the kicking child, he releases an icy burst toward his target, and blindly swings his tail toward the advancing sword child like cracking a whip, to send him back toward the earth from which he came.

Anuksu while concentrating on the kicking child, he releases an icy burst toward his target, and blindly swings his tail toward the advancing sword child like cracking a whip, to send him back toward the earth from which he came. ::Ice in the eyes! Now he was pissed. He turned in mid air and using an "over the shoulder" flip type motion he planned to use the chain's grip around the mans neck to slam him into the ground. Sure, ice in the eyes stings like a b***h...stinging, was all the more reason to attack. Now while it was a good assumption that the tail might not reach the other child should the main person be slammed into the ground....an angry childish growl was heard as the boy swung his large sword wildly at the oncoming tail. Slice, bang, sting, who knows...? All he knew was he was very very mad right now.::
