Slightly giggling Marie replied, "Actually it wasn't. Of course I was distracted." With her tears gone she continues to smile and look at Vlad while holding his hand.

Vlad rubs Marie's hand, "Thank goodness for that. You should rest and finish healing for a bit. We can take care of me later." Vlad leans over and kisses Marie's cheek. He then begins getting up to leave.

Still in a bit of shock from the kiss but soon realizing that Vlad was leaving. As he opened the door she used her powers and shut the door. "That doesn't mean that you have to leave, beside I need to check you and they can't check you for that." Sitting up and walking over to him Marie grabbs his arm. "Please I'm fine now, let me make sure you are."

Vlad turns around with a small grin, "Hmm you seem awfully impatient. You sure that's all you want?"

Smiling Marie says jokingly, "There's always time for that later. Now come and sit." Marie dragged him to her bed and sat him down. "You need to lie down and I need to see your arm." Marie directed him to lie down.

Holding Vlad's arm with one hand and another over his hear Mari checks to see if anything is changing. "Honestly it maybe alot for a few days but this is happening a lot slower than the fall of my kingdom. Of course I'm not sayying that this kigdom will fall." Closing her eyes Marie begins to check Vlad. "I don't see anything that's changing but your heart has elevated it's pulse. Which is alright. Although try not to over due it with you magic." Sitting back she smiled at Vlad.

Vlad blushes when Marie mentions his high heart rate, "Well it's not going to happen to us."

"Well when our away troops return home we'll end this. Plus I didn't tell you before but I sent messengers to other nearby kingdoms. So can I get up, like I said I really don't like being this...vulnerable."

Feeling some what confused Marie said, "Why wouldn't you tell me that?" She asked while remainging sitting on the chair beside the bed, "And no I don't want you to move just yet."

"That's understandable." Pushing Vlad down so he would lie flat on the bed Marie said, "I have to check once more and heal your wound." Holding his arm with one hand and the other over his heart Marie asked, "I know that you need to still go and do things, but right now what's your rush?" She remained still as she concentrated.

Vlad lays down and tries to relax, "Sorry. I guess I just have trouble relaxing. Even when we're not in the middle of a war I'm pretty much this busy anyways." Vlad didn't mention that with being with Marie like this was making him feel things he felt he shouldn't.

Removing her hand from his chest, placing his arm on her lap as she reached over for some ointment and a bandage. "It's alright but if you keep pushing yourself like this you may become more injured." Marie places the ointment on the wound and bandages him. Placing both hands on his wound and concentrated. Removing the bandage Marie said, "There all good as new." She smiled.
