XSK Muse Sindenky Compared to Alicia Danidii's activity is acceptable. And she gets dedicated to anything she does. Give her GC and i promise she will take the guild places. Irish i hardly know. I mostly saw him beat down peoples ideas, but ever since i said something about it i have not seen him do it. Probably unrelated but still. I cant say if he would be good, but i dont think he could do anything to ruin the guild. Dark would be perfect. His skill is ok, and he is impressionable. He would take on the guild as a part of himself, and treat it as such. I feel he would help the guild grow as he does. @Sin: i can see were your coming from, Dandii would put alot more to this guild if she became captain. As for Irish, i think his activity rate would boost on the same occasion. But what are they going to offer the guild? @Havock: I say no ambition because well, what can i do besides raise and train rpcs and create stuff that i hope the crew will like? nothing. If a non-crew member becomes a Kage, they dont get promoted. And they say in this guild that kage are crew, well sounds alittle BS to me. The crew needs be have a conference on the health of this guild. Its still popular and such, but I see a poison slowly taking that health away. Muse do you think my actions, being RP sneaky and making villages fight each other due to an annoying excuse "You cant tell that I am lying thats Metagaming and obviously since you are ally with this village and its attacked you have to help it.", amuse and make the crew's job easy? No... I actually feel bad because my actions usually bring HELL to the crew. But to a small portion of the members I make it active. We do have a conference on the health of this guild. The only poison is THAT ATTITUDE! its hard to change it I knows... but if you dont then you only made it worse. SIn... Ok ok ... serious talk biggrin cant you just PM or does it concern all? Dont answer I'll find out

@Havock- 8] Psshh me and metagame? We don't mix. And I'm not interested in the little ball.. I just thought it was funny how he had a crystal ball.
D8 They have samurais.. How come we never use those?
If I were to become Captain.. I would fix alot of things.
First, to make sure ideas are constantly being updated, and the guild is well organized so that members won't constantly ask where's where when they join. xD
I would then try to use new, different methods to keep villages up and running with activity (I have ideas.. it's not coming to mind right now though)
I would also get rid of the majority of innactive members; since it seems that innactivity spreads like a virus.
I would fix up the Crew and enforce laws on them, make sure that no argument becomes too biased, favoring the opposite side.
And actually replace some of the jutsu to make it less contradicting to the manga.. some of them seem that way to me. o.O
And of course, I'd create meetings on a certain day and time (being notified ahead), although it'd be difficult so I'm a little iffy on that idea.
And this list goes on. Hahah

I remember when i thought a guild could work like that... Actually love, my idea was working. 8] And then I went on vacation and everyone lost interest. Edit- I've owned my own guild before, I know exactly what happened, and this isn't the first time. I keep learning from my mistakes. Twice, I did different ideas, when finally I stuck to the one I have now... and then it was going well until I.. yeah. xD

It's not about time. It's about devotion and how long the activity lasts. Again, it ALL relys on the guild Captain, whether that person is active or not. I've seen guilds die just BECAUSE the Captain is unavailable. There has to be something new catching a persons eye every day. Totally cool. xD I don't really want to be the Captain, because I can't make that devotion. I've got alot on my mind. ^^ I stick to thread making. Majority of the Crew I feel is not suited for Captain, or even being Crew. Don't look down on my ideas. ;] Because, they mean seem idealistic, but they work, and I've put them to the test.
