She looks at the hand but doesn't take it and she says " my name is Jen and this is my friend Max" She smiles once more to this girl and she lays a one hand on Max's head.

And they were off! Alena was fast. Faster then the human, or vampire, eye could track. And she was pulling Jen along with her. Soon, they were at the cafeteria. Alena stopped, but didn't let go of Jen's hand. Sudden speed bursts like that tended to leave people disoriented. Alena smiled.

Jen just giggled and smiles at her. She had heared from the Elders that there where some people that are faster then they are.
