No, that's because I'm bad in big huge conversations. Too...many...people... x.x

Ah. I am too... x,x; It's much too easy to get talked over or ramble in there, and I feel horrible for doing any of it when I do.

I was always kinda paranoid about what goes on in Skype. Seems I have good reason to be paranoid. Even if people don't talk about me, it's kinda worrying that they are talking about someone.

I felt left out before I got Skype, but I ended up feeling even more left out once I got it. Watching everyone in the chat talk about making a new one without inviting you isn't exactly a comforting feeling sweatdrop

I was going to say something on a mule account, knowing I would probably get a lot of s**t for what I am about to say here.. I don't like pissing people off, even though people think I do to get a kick out of it. I can't handle stress well.. but... I get tons of s**t anyway on a daily basis. What's the difference? =/

People don't seem to understand that the main reason people are leaving the guild is because of these Skype conversations. s**t gets said in there.. and a lot of it gets erased. Some of you may say you don't say anything bad and try to act like the good guy, but don't lie.

No, I am not pointing any fingers at anyone so please, don't get offended. If I give off names, I give you 100% permission to shred me into pieces. Meaning.. if I say someone is talking s**t about another person and I give off names, you can say something.. >>;

The s**t getting said in Skype conversations is about everyone and everything. I know I get talked about, I know Tech gets talked about, I know the moderators get talked about and I even know that some of our nicest members get s**t spoken about them. It's nature, we're cruel creatures and we're going to talk s**t. Don't deny it, you've probably said a handful of shitty things about one person or another in this guild.. in your entire life. You just most likely won't admit it.

But these skype conversations are getting bad.. There is only so much that we can moderator in the guild.. and there is only so much we can do in Skype conversations. I am a moderator in one of them but every time something gets said, I'm either not online.. or I don't see it. And I'm not in all the conversations. I can't see everything that everyone is talking about.

People are saying it's drama in the guild making them leave. That isn't always the case. It's usually crap coming from these conversations outside of the guild, that's being brought INTO the guild. I'll admit, I'm guilty of that at least once. A while back I got into it with Kuro... but we've patched things up, that won't happen again. I know how it affects people and I hate that it happened. I apologize to everyone for that incident.

The moderators are not getting the full story. Even I'm only getting parts of it. There is NOTHING we can do if members don't talk to us. Don't feel comfortable speaking with us? Tell a friend to tell us. Don't feel comfortable speaking with one of us? There are 5 active moderators on, almost all the time. (Shae being gone, mostly, and Fortune being on vacation right now. ^^)

These conversations are getting out of hand. Even I've stopped talking in most of them. I don't feel comfortable in most of them. I've left two BECAUSE they aren't comfortable. That's sad.. it's pathetic. It's BAD that members are leaving because of it. A lot of them may not give reasons as to why they are leaving.. or they simply say it's things in/from the guild.. Well, these Skype conversations are from people IN the guild, thus it's FROM the guild.

If people would tell us what is going on, we could help. If people would give us snipits from conversations and names, we could help. If it is a personal conversation between you and a member.. honestly, I don't feel it is okay to share that unless the member is saying they are going out to cause trouble. (Only because I have issues with sharing personal conversations.. the other moderators may feel differently about this.) But, these large group conversations are causing issues with multiple members. If we do not get information, there is nothing we can do.

There is so much more I could say.. that I would love to say. I just feel I may have already done enough damage with this post and I may have pissed off a lot of people. And.. some things I am not allowed to say due to rules. But, come on people. If you want things to get fixed, if you want this guild to stay on it's feet.. Do say something.

You are absolutely right. What is guild business should stay that way and Skype business should stay where it is. Not everyone from here is there and for that reason there are likely to be a lot of cross or half conversations that aren't going to be fair to either party involved.

I do apologize if I ever dragged anything from Skype here and I promise to never do so again in the future.
