Well, you can use Paint. Just pick a sprite, put it on Paint, and just start color over it and stuffs. To actually make sprites, you just pick a bunch of sprites, cut 'em up, and put 'em together. That's about as far as I go atm ^^'... Redeem us from our solemn hour~
