Well, if you could have gotten to the library or a friend's house to post an official notice, it would probably count. If you just disappear, there's no way of knowing if you're coming back, or when. Not necessarily the best system, but hard to think of a better one. Did you lose other stuff besides Fai Ryu?

But no one else is listed as having it and its still listed in my profile - so for the moment Im assuming that I still have the Hastega Seal
for Immo and Rahvin - lost their summons but they're charries I didnt use too often anyway so it wasnt too bad a loss
and Kain is still in existence so Im glad my Death Eater wasnt lost. Also I think I still have Ensis Exoramis from your Exams Hedoro, though the weapons were never officially put up so I dont really know if they count anyway -lol- xD
