Jer: Correct.
Hail - Causes damage each turn, Blizzard has 100% accuracy and has a 30% chance of hitting Protect and detecters. Morning Sun, Moonlight, and Synthesis heal less. Also depending on the pokemon being used, can heal or raise evasion of certain Ice types. Weather ball becomes Ice type.
Sandstorm - Causes damage each turn, raises SP DEF of ROCK types by 50%. Morning Sun, Moonlight, and Synthesis heal less. Also depending on the pokemon used, can raise the evasion of a pokemon by one stage. Weather ball becomes Rock type
Sunny Day - Raises fire attacks and weakens water attacks. Solarbeam can be used in one turn. Morning Sun, Moonlight, and Synthesis get full recovery, Depending on pokemon used can double speed, cause damage each turn, or make a pokemon immune to status ailments. Weather ball becomes Fire type.
Rain Dance - Raises water attacks and weakens fire attacks. Thunder gets 100% accuracy, Morning Sun, Moonlight, and Synthesis heal less. Depending on the pokemon used it can double speed, heal, or remove statuses. Weather ball becomes water type.
