1tty bitty kitty no way, < is happy that ^ told < that, cause now < doesnt think < is fat anymore!! < will now try to loose one pound, or stay the same and grow taller! wats the website ^? http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/index.htm Of course you'd use the Child and teen one. But it says your only at risk of being overweight, meaning you can change that before it's too late or just stay the same. I'm in the center of healthy weight, meaning I'm NOT skinny anymore.

Yeah but after a year of being skinny, being this weight makes me feel fat. O_O I've never had this weight for like since middle school or 9th grade.

lol, I've always been a lil overweight, now Im doing ok, but Im unhealthy, I ran the mile not to long ago, and almost hypervenalated(sp?)

We just walk. It's called Walk for Wellness. We walk and do training stuff for our bodies to get them in shape.

we sprint up hills, do pushups, jumping jacks, and lunges
kind of like a 10 minute boot camp that covers about a kilometer

lucky, we only have one class i'm expected to be at the very front all the time, because i can and people know that
sometimes i wish i was one of the korean girls who couldn't run to save their lives

We have like 10 PE classes. I know of Walk for Wellness, Weights, Aerobics, Winning Edge, Recreational Sports, and I think there are advanced levels of them to. (Ex. Recreational Sports II).
