Feeling like she should be honest, she said, "Not entirely sure." that was all she could say at the moment. Things were going on in her body and she just didn't quite know how to explain it.

Acknowledging Ryu's comment and curious about what he might be cooking, Daisy watched him closely. "Apparently there is much about me that I just don't quite know or understand yet. I just wish I knew someone who could shed a little light on the subject of all of us sisters." she said drifting off into her own little world...

Ryu would first make a creamy broth with flour, milk, water, black pepper. Then he'd take basically potatos and carrots, and chop those up and add them to the broth along with peas and barley. He'd then take some steak and chop it into cubes before tossing them into a wok and basically stir fries the steak chunks till they are brown. He then adds that into the stew. All of this is in a large pot, easily providing enough for ten full bowls. He makes sure to provide enough room for Daisy to watch him.
"Well how old are you. If you're younger than a thousand years, perhaps I have some knowledge that might help answer some questions for you." Ryu remarks as he stirs the slowly bubbling stew.

"If you have some Honey Mead for drink that would be nice." Ryu says to her question. He would taste the broth a couple times, adding some salt after doing so. When he determined the stew was ready, he'd turn the heat to it's lowest setting and leave it to simmer. He then grabs a couple bowls and spoons and serves up a bowl for himself and Daisy before asking "well then how many summers have past between you're earliest memory and now?"

As she satisfied her fleshy desire for the wine, she listened intently to Ryu and Daisy. It was making sense now! Daisy was going through what Star went through years ago! Star tried to not use those powers that she had even though she could. She just prefered to blend in to society. Knowing her sister was going to be fine, she made a mental note to pull her to the side at some point to discuss her new powers and when they should be used.

Grabbing the clipboard, she made note of all that was needed from the cellar and restocked the bar, then continued on to washing dishes and getting some filing done in the office. "If you need me you'll find me here in the office." she said to alert the other patrons of the bar.

Ryu took the offered tankard of honey mead and when he hears her answer he nods saying "Then that should put you between sixteen and eighteen, for most people the earliest recalled memories are around four to six years of age." He gestures for Daisy to join him at his table as he thinks on what she's going through and what it can mean for her.

Knowing he must be right, she responds, "Yes, that might be it. Thank you already for your help." she said as she took the seat. As she did she started to get nervous. She had never spoken of the past to anyone, and felt that more of her story was needed, so she knew that she would have to tell him.
