Jen let herself snigger. She knew she was a geek so she didn't mind but it was a bit sweet Chris was standing up for her. She really hated herself for lying to him but it was only for the dance right?

"I think Dani wants something practical and cheap." She made a motion to her to come off the phone and hurry.

"You want cheap? How about this little Kart, been blown up a few times but it's fast, cheap and shoots shells!

To explain more Wade stepped into the Kart and had his knees to his chest as he tried to sit in the tiny go-cart. He revved it up.

"Listen to that engine will ya? Pure hoover!!

"Custom, lady for these coins I could have you a car that fires pies!! Imagine that pie on demand!!"

"I think that's a yes." Jen said, she was starting to understand the weirdness that was Wade, thought she wished she didn't.

So you want your own special mobile huh? The Dani-Mobile? Sound nice, right?

Wade wrapped his arm around Dani and looked straight down at her coins.

"Wow, that's cool." Jen said watching Dani show off her power.

*whistle* "Sweet, you're more than meets the eye kind of girl? I can probably rustle something up, convert an old bang... I mean old classic and get it to change for your needs. 3 gold coins as your first down payment would be more than enough. Why it might take you a full year to pay it off but I betcha you'll never want for another car again! This is a life investment."

He motioned to the little square office with the giant NEON sign [Management].

"Do you want us to come with you Dani?" Jen said, she could see another fight starting between Wade and himself.

Dani frowns at Wade.

"Did I mention these coins are worth A LOT."

She wasn't sure how much per say, but something told her this guy was about to rip her off so when they offered to come with them. She jumped at the chance.

"Yeah I think that's a good idea."

And she went in the trailer looking 'office'. Oce inside she couldn't help but ask.

"So it's not like you'll be the one putting together my car right? I mean you have other people for that..." She winced at the thought of this mad man putting together her dream car.

"Oh hohohoho! No Dani Dear, I have my main man Forge do that stuff!" He wheeled his chair back pulling at a line to his blinds that flew open for them to view an entire back lot filled with wonderful automobiles and something that looked like the beginnings of a jet!

"Wow!" Dani couldn't hide the impressed expression on her face. xd whee It all looked like something form the movies! Fast and the Furious!

Jen laughed at the Vin Diesel joke. She was impressed with the garage herself and she really wished she could buy a car herself.

"So take a selection of car frame, choose which one you like and we'll build it up from scratch. That will be the most expensive, but if you want cheap and for 3 gold coins, I guess, I could upgrade one of my classics to suit your needs."

"This is the boring part, hurry up and pick so we can get to the cool paint jobs and EXTRAS!!"

"Really? You're Mom's a cop? My Dad's a Sheriff, he could easily get things sorted if this guy messed with you."

She stopped from explaining as she thought of how angry her Dad had been with her when she left. Her smile sort of faded but she forced herself to smile a little.

"Not to mention we've all got powers of our own."

She turned to look at some of the other cars being built to avoid the others eyes. She was feeling a bit homesick thinking of her Dad. She really wanted to transform back into She-Hulk so she could forget it all again.

Wade seemed to be reeling back from the blow of only one coin. "Oh c'mon Sweetie, 1 gold coin? ONE? Do I look like a crook to you?

"Don't answer that."

"Buuuut maybee, I could do it. I mean you'll give me the rest of the coins when it's done right?"

"A...a cubical worker?" She looked at the armoured Chris with wonder. "Eh...YEAH! A cubical worker! I mean I'm also studying to be a lawyer, do you know that you seem to have various health and safety issues around here? We could have you sued for having juveniles brought into a dangerous area without the correct safety gear. Under the law you are provided to give the customer a non hazardous area.I also do not see any 'exit' signs. If there's a fire we won't know where the correct door is. In other words. Mr Wilson. I could sue your a**!"

"Whoa, chill! I bet you have those brown envelopes too."

"I got a stack of them, all stamped with 'IMPORTANT DOCUMENT'" Jen smiled, she was having fun at last although she knew she would have more fun if she smashed Wade into the wall.
