Yeah, Paralasis makes your pokemon the slowest in town.
Paralze - lowers speed
Burn - lower's attack
I BELIEVE Sandstorm lower's accuracy.. but that's something some dude told me. I never read that in Bulbapedia or the like.
I KNOW Sandstorm raises Rock type's Special Defense by 50%

I never read that in Bulbapedia or the like. I KNOW Sandstorm raises Rock type's Special Defense by 50% XD well im sure Arc's Machamp doesnt care if its storming or not he'll hit ya....XD

I thought that with a power item, it JUST gave you four EVs in the stat, not in addition to the original given EV of the defeated pokemon. So my EVs are a little off. And I also need to do IVs too. ...Every battle a test of what you have learned."

I think sandstorm only increases evasion. (For ground types)
I dont know about lowering accuracy. neutral
I always wondered why some moves hurt you through each turn and boost attacks. While some only boost attacks. neutral
Hail I believe makes Blizzard hit 100%? Correct.
Sandstorm I know for sure raises evasion for some ground types like Garchomp/Gliscar.

"Every scar is a lesson...Sandstorm itself actually doesn't boost evasion. The ability "Sand Veil" is what boosts evasion in a sandstorm.

Sandstorm does raise Rock types Sp D by 50%
Rain makes all water attacks do 1.5 more and Thunder at 100%
Sunny makes solarbeam 100% and no charging. It also cuts thunder accuracy at 50% and all fire type moves gain 1.5 while water does .5
Hail boosts Blizzard to 100%
It's FOG that lowers all accuracy by like 50%(not sure) and it only occurs in that one route in Sinnoh and in certain caves
