OR, they will do what they should have done a long time ago and send Lee and Guy to beat the ever living **** out of him. Sorry, but Lee has already proven he can beat the snot out of Sasuke whenever he wants.

Sorry, but Lee has already proven he can beat the snot out of Sasuke whenever he wants. That would be epic. Sasuke and Naruto have their massive five hundred episode long battle, then all of a sudden Lee shows up and beats them both down in five minutes. @Cobra: That always bugs me reading fanfictions. Sasuke runs off to Orochimaru, beats everyone up, then Naruto finally drags him back, and next thing you know Sasuke is ANBU or some s**t. Suspension of disbelief only goes just so far.

Indeed. And I had an S rank assigned to me by luo during te Sanbi attack. Does that count as an S rank mission worthy for 40 mission points, therefore auto entry into the exams? I understand if it doesnt count

Naruto is too much of a friggin bonehead to understand anything, even when it is told to him point blank, when EVERYONE else around them knows it (even the emotionless guy who has no social grace or skill understands that Sakura loves Naruto too)
...I would LOVE to see it explored for Naruto to actually grapple with who he would want to pursue, the one who he had tried so hard to attain after all these years, or the one who he finds out has been pursuing him for all this time. and THEN see the backlash of his decision.
Unfortunately, I doubt we'll ever get to see either. *sigh* Friggin Kishimoto...Cobra_X I considered making that a drinking game once. But then after watching the episode where Ichigo, gets his a** handed to him by Ulquiorra, before going Super Hollow Saiyan... I concluded that i would have drank myself into a coma.

I disagree, I have read some awesome fanfictions. It just seems like that is an annoyingly frequent plot twist. But I shall look at that one, as I have never heard of it before.
Edit: Wait what, Itasaku? That's just freaky.
