Silk also the flying thunder god tecqnique well yeah i don't it should be considered a lighting tecqnique.
1. It's non elemental
2. The only reason it hs that name is because the person who created it had yellow hair that resembled lightning when using the jutsu so i think it should be added to the Forbidden art tecqniques. In fact i would lke to update that with new tecqniques and everything. Also ayoe agree with me and the thunder god thing?
