The Ghost of Xmas Awesome The Winged Guardian The Ghost of Xmas Awesome You should never allow me to rp freely!!!! lol for god sakes i have convo's with myself (as diff char's, but still lol) I have convo's with myself as five different characters. You face no judgement from me, man. xd ... yeah but... you're... you're you lol. you can juggle that many people and entertain others lol me, if i tried with 5 people... *ponders* it'd probably slightly similar but alot of... what is going on lol

The Winged Guardian The Ghost of Xmas Awesome The Winged Guardian ellreka The Winged Guardian what every happened to those radio wave puppeteers? they are in approval limbo hell ._. they are on the top page of the approvals if you want to go look at what my beautiful vision is getting updated into :< will do and Ghost: so we get to train whatever we want in the port city?! (wall and water mastery HERE I COME!!!) ((Train off time, in other words just do it in the training grounds and don't tie it into canon. Use the time in the Port to...i dunno. Bond or something. You know, character development. Fluff. Whatever. 3nodding )) i have a feeling this may either end very well or VERY badly lol El: jw. why are you using preform to make your puppets work, just curious. i mean is it something to do with the radio signals? Perform(Puppet) is the skill but now all the Performs are one skill.

I mean there are alot of classifications to perform, like singing, dancing, musical playing. lol i don't mind though, i think they made it a skill for the bonuses. The holy grail of puppetry.

The holy grail of puppetry.The jishuteki use the basic puppetry system but The Jishuteki Clan puppets have the special transmiter/animator and chakra storage seal system that are exclusive to ONLY Jishuteki puppets :<

The holy grail of puppetry.The jishuteki use the basic puppetry system but The Jishuteki Clan puppets have the special transmiter/animator and chakra storage seal system that are exclusive to ONLY Jishuteki puppets :< interesting. so does the clan have to learn the puppet technique before they can use puppets or? if the seal is filled do you have to keep paying the 3cp or can you use its only seal like a battery and let it run on that for awhile. though i think that would defeat the purpose probably of the siphon lol the start cost is gunna be harsh on lower lvls but if they train their chakra they will be SCARY lol

the seal fills up like a storage container for chakra. It fills by 3 CP/round and the max is based off your fuiin skill (i beleive at base with the requirements the seal you start with is 100/100 maximum stored CP) you then can siphon off the stored CP and it will immediately begin refilling the next round afterwards. The CP cost of the puppets is going to be high to balance with how many you can possibly control (being its not limited to how many fingers you have and how manueverable you are with those fingers) It still follows the system (you can only control as many puppets as your skill allows).
You dont HAVE to use the Kugutsu No Jutsu. Thats what "Trasmitter: Connect" is. However, you still follow the puppet system with everything else.
oh: and you arent PAYING 3CP to fill the seal, the connection via the signal sort of compiles CP via the connection and fills the seal. You are just paying the CP to radiate your chakra controlled signal to your puppets transmitter.
its confusing....but then again im hopeless at descriptions

O: Ah, sorry Qyp, I'll make a post real quick to have the mercenaries arrive in the city. neutral Oh, and spoilers, it would be cool if at least two of you who haven't already could take a gander at the Snake contract additions in approvals real quick. wink Sage, Nura, and Exodus already gave approval, so it would just be a matter of waiting the three week mark, but I was hoping that maaaaaybeeee... ninja well. Let's just say you don't need to pass the jutsu if you have remarks on it...just the new summon. I was hoping it might become...pertinent, soon, plot wise? It would be awesome to have the snake contract ^^ But I may make my own sometime...... I have no clue o_0
