Ted giggled, yes giggled, when he saw Hope's blush. Pansy. Who giggles? *Shut UP* Then he noticed he was staring, and quickly looked away. He felt his face heat up as he also developed a blush. He could barely speak, he was so embarrassed. "D..d.do you kn..know whe....where I a..a.a...am?"

Hope blinked when he giggled and one of her sweet smiles came across her face: Ted was cute, almost like a little kid. She tilted her head a bit when he looked away, also seeing his blush and noticing the way he talked. Had she done something to make him anxious..? "A-ahh.." Hope blinked and thought for a moment before speaking. "I-I believe we're in the Gatha forest.." she murmured, wondering if she had the name right.

Ted managed to catch a glimpse of the smile, and he swore that the temperature jumped twenty degrees. His blushed deepen further. Inside his head, Virgil was laughing like a mad man, or more like a demon. Still, knowing the local area didn't help Ted out much. He did notice, though, that he could speak a bit better. "N...no. I meant w.what planet are w..we on?"

Hope blinked as his blush darkened even more, wondering if he had a fever. But his question distracted her and she was stumped. "Ahh..wh-what planet...?" Hope frowned a bit as she thought. "I-I don't know.." she murmured before continuing so he wouldn't think she was stupid beyond belief. "B-but I lost my memory, s-so..I-I'm sorry." she said, looking down at her hands as they tightened their grip on her dress a little more.

Ted blinked out of his daze when he registered what she said. He reached over, and grabbed her hands, encasing them in his. He smiled, one of those genuine ones that few people give out today. "That's okay. I will help you to retrieve your memories, or stay by your side and protect you if you need it. You have my word on that."

Surprise was clear on Hope's face when Ted grabbed her hands. She lifted her head to look at him, blinking at the warm smile on his face. Her face turned a dark shade of red as he spoke to her and held her hands. "Th-th..th-thank y-you..." she murmured, barely getting the words out.

Ted nodded, and smiled again. "You're welcome. And if it weren't for you, I might have been dead. For that, I will do whatever I have to to help you out. You have my word, and my life on that."
It was at that point that Virgil got bored, and decided to tick Ted off. He grabbed control of the power, and forced Ted's body to change, but to a female Neko form. Virgil started to laugh again, while Ted just grumbled.

Hope's face was still dark red, but before she could say anything he was a female neko. Hope blinked and stared with wonder at him, tilting her head a bit. She hesitated before gently pulling one of her hands out of his grip, reaching up to gently touch one of his ears. "H-how do you do that..?" she asked in her quiet voice as she softly rubbed and massaged the ear a bit: Hope smiled, loving the feeling of his/her furry ear.

Ted shivered as her ear was stroked, and her tail started to move rapidly. She almost lost all though and felt like purring. She gathered as much concentration to speak coherently. "When I came here, I fell into a lake. I swallowed some waterrrr, and then got blown away from therrrre. While I was in the airrrr, I almost landed on some rrrrocks. That was when I sprouted wings and became a girrrrrl. Turrrns out a demon named Virrrrgil occupies my head, and I can shape shift because of him." She couldn't take it anymore, and started to purr loudly.

One of Hope's sweet smiles came across her face as she tried to contain her laughter. When she started to purr, Hope couldn't help but laugh her soft, musical laugh: Ted was adorable. "I-I'm s-sorry." she said inbetween her fits of laughter. "Y-you're just, t-too c-cute, I-I can't help it." Hope lightly covered her mouth with her free hand, trying hard to stop.

Ted curled up into a ball, purring wholeheartedly. She had never had this kind of attention before, and she was enjoying every minute of it. Wrapping her tail around Hope's arm, she took a cat nap, just content to lie there. She was going to enjoy one of the few times she ever felt safe.

Hope smiled, calming her laughter so she wouldn't disturb Ted. She gently stroked at her ears as she napped, not seeming to mind that her tail was curled about her arm. Hope's slender fingers lightly combed through Ted's hair as she slept, coughing slightly: she hoped that Shade would return soon, she only had a few days left before he wound and the poison would completely kill her off.

(It's from Twilight's pet, Shade's character is already off to go kill it so that she'll live. It was either that or drink water from the lake, which he wouldn't make her do. If Twilight's pet is killed, all of the effects of the poison is terminated, but I don't think it would be a good idea to try and get rid of it: like I said, Shade's character is already going to take care of the problem, I don't think that should change.)
