Quinn, of course, didn't give crap about the guy sitting at the booth. If there was one thing in his life that had always driven him around like a helpless child in a baby harness, it was his mom. But more importantly, it was women in general.

After the water in his eyes had cleared, he saw the smooth, silky cheeks; the brightened, cheery eyes; the simple girlish figure; and that giant piece of lettuce between her teeth. He lost his train of thought, he lost his motor reflexes. All his muscles seized up and he got a leg cramp from lack of important vitamins in his diet.

Hello... his mind said in its sexiest tone. No... not sexy enough. Helloooo... His mouth moved as his thoughts processed through his overheated brain. Much-needed blood filtered to other places in an attempt to cool him down, but the tightened bathrobe wasn't helping.

"Ahem... hellooo..." He managed to mutter out. "If I had known they made chumps as fine as you... well... I wouldn't have bought all those pumps." With a toss of his head, his hair flew back from his eyes and he leaned forward, grasping her hand in his. He jerkily turned it palm-up and dropped his change into it one coin at a time.

After the last 'clink,' he flipped it back over, and leaned his whole body forward to press his lips against it with the power of suck behind them. Once. Twice. Thrice. Quadrice. Problice.

He gave her a subtle wink, and was gone as fast as he had came.

A man in White coat walked in front of Rain and looked around at her little set up, and then he pulled a large banded together amount of cash from his pocket to flash her before it vanished back into the coat. "I have a job for you, I have hired a great deal any other people as well so to the victor goes the spoils... and a great amount of spoils it is." A smile pursed on his lips as he looked down and the sun reflected of his glasses a bit. "I am offering a total of fifty million for the capture, alive, of a fugitive." He Made the world Alive jump out to show how important it was for this person to be alive. "And I Will pay 1 million up front, after you agree to the job that is." He pulled a large folder out of this robes and handed it to rain who looked like she was in charge. In side the files once opened up was a lot of random documents about legal matters and one piece of paper that was still sealed. "IF you open that one you ar e accepting the mission I might add." the other papers just stated who if on accepting the job it was complete matters of the 1 million pay up front would be dealt with and refusal to payback the money would lead to forceful actions. all the documents had a small cloud looking symbol on the top right Conner of the paper.

Marty followed behind Asuka and crammed into the LFO but he quite got his foot again and was stable.thne he asked Kayako a question. "Senturi... what does she sound like? when she talks?" he was overly interested in the LFOs yes but it might have just been his first time in one?

'I wonder if it would be seen as un-gentleman-like to kill a man who probably cant old a gun without shooting himself in the foot.' Ryouki thought as he watched Quinn's absurd reactions and subsequent escape. Of course, knowing his bad luck, Ryouki knew that in the event of a fight with Quinn it would likely be his own foot that got shot.

But before he could ask of Rain if their pilot had any weapons on him, a suspicious man approached and promptly began babbling on about a fugitive and a mission. Although immediately on his guard, Ryouki couldn't help but think 'Right, because a girl with a saw sitting behind a crudely-made booth with "chumps" written on it next to a guy with a collar on totally looks like she could capture a dangerous fugitive. Has the entire world gone mad?'. Of course, he knew the answer to that question.

"Listen, sir," Ryouki said, eying the man "As much as we love money -and we do love money-, we don't accept jobs from shady men such as yourself. Especially when said men are wearing lab coats. I'm sure you understand the reasoning." He shot a glance at Rain, letting her know that this time he wasn't keen on letting her veto his opinion. Ryouki wasn't stupid, and he hoped that he wasn't the only one that knew how high the chances were of encountering the picture of someone they knew inside of that file.

"What does she sound like?" Kayako tilted her head back, thinking for a moment about Marty's question "She sounds like.....an older girl, early twenties, although her voice is kind of robotic. She pronounces all of her words carefully, and she usually says 'this one' instead of 'I'. Come to think of it, all of the LFO seem to talk like that. I don't really know why."

Kayako then turned on the intercom to Twilight, and said "Okay guys, let's head home! Same deal as last time, we'll ref until we reach the clearing where the ship is". Senturi transformed then, and went about it's routine of leaving before Twilight could. Whether Kayako did this on purpose or not was still unknown.

Gray was knelt down on the ground for what seemed like the thousandth time that day, let again putting another piece of meat inside of their cage to lure the mice inside. He unconsciously counted all of the mice within his line of vision, deciding that one more cage-full should suffice in ridding the ship of the vermin. He was somewhat aware of the fact that Liana was oddly silent, but thought little of it figuring that the girl had found something else to entertain herself with.

However, as he stood up and stretched, he couldn't help but feel of kind of twinge, something triggering his intuition that something was very wrong. Kayako? No, she couldn't be in any trouble, otherwise there would be an overload of signals coming through the connection. That only meant that it had to be something else, something....closer.

Upon that thought, Gray heard footsteps and a faint swishing sound coming towards him. Instinctively, he whirled around and grabbed hold of the hand coming towards his neck before kicking at the attacker's body, sending it flying against the nearby wall. Only after doing so did he stop to realize that the attacker was Liana, a piece of broken metal in her hand as a makeshift weapon. Upon smacking against the wall the girl dropped said weapon and fell to the ground, appearing to be unconscious. Seconds later she pulled herself up, holding her head and mumbling.

"Owwww....that hurt! What'd you hit me for?!"

"I should be asking you that question."

"Huh?! I didn't hit you! I was just standing there, and things went blurry, and the next thing I know you hit me against a wall!"

'She doesn't remember?'

[[[Ugh. Was that Sho-ish enough? I'm trying not to butcher his character here but his writing style is so dramatic.]]]

Quite surprised that Ryouki didn't go raving mad for some guy trying to get in on his woman, because seriously, what guy who let something like that go? she shrugged and thought of taking it up with him later. That guy's been acting weirdly, for surely.

Then just after that vaguely-remembered guy left, some creep-o showed up with some files, papers, and an offer of one million up front to take some job that seemed a little too strange to her. The whole thing with the guy seemed really suspicious. She glanced up at Ryouki after he said what he said and noticed he glanced at her. She nodded her head, having an understanding at what he was getting at. What, did he think she was stupid or something? There may have been something strange with her lately, but she's not the type to take candy from strangers. Tried that once and it didn't work out too well.

"Listen, mack," she began, playing with the papers a bit, barely looking at them. "There's something about this offer that seems a little too weird, if ya know what I mean. I mean, what kind of guy walks up dressed like that and offers one million to random people with some crap-a** stand that makes it look like their selling lemonade? The way you're selling this with a fifty thousand dollar reward, it doesn't seem like some run of the mill find the guy who banged my wife kind of job. It's too dangerous of a job and I don't want to jeopardize my friends' lives. Besides, this ain't the kind of work we're into. We're not bounty hunters. I ain't no Fett." Rain closed the file and pushed it back towards the man. She leaned back into her chair, crossed her arms and gave him a 'I'm not biting this lure' kind of look.

Nic had been standing there with her face in her hand most of the time, she just couldn't seem to find the guts to look up. By the time the next weird guy came by she had already pocketed the glasses and was using the stick as some sort of leaning support. Is this stand some sort of creepy magnet or something? As the man started to leave Nic over heard him say something about a new archtype being stolen. Biting her lip in hopes that she wouldn't say anything stupid she watched the creepy man continue to walk away.

Marty was loking around with equal intesity and did not know something was wrong but he coudl tell from kayako's sudden change in speed and her new obsernt head that she was looking for something so he thoughthe ouwld give his eyes and anything he saw at all would get reported.

" Hold tight... " He mumbled as he hit the thrust button pulling up along side of Sentury. " Kayako you getting a funny feeling to? " He looked over at her on the com. " If you are tell us. " He spoted Asuak's look from the corner of the seat. " Something bothering you Asuka? " He smiled slightly.
