More like frustrating, customers will just walk past me and head towards one of the guys. It's funny, because the other guy doesn't know anymore then me and the other girl (Joe does... but he's the manager).

true...frustrating and dare i say narrowminded of the customer... though i know someone at Best Buy who said the exact same thing (sort of)...she said they would just walk past her and go ask one of the guys for tech help...sigh

I normally don't need any help when I go to RadioShack... I shop there instead of Wal•Mart so for most of the stuff in there, I know where to get it and how to fix most of my own problems...
Silly customers and not even knowing how to get their own ruttin' batteries xd

LOL. Bestbuy. That's where I send customers I don't like. Some woman came in today demanding a charger for her Verizon phone, bitching about driving all over this ""God-foresaken area". I told her that we don't stock Verizon, and that iGo (our universal charger) didn't make the tip for her phone. She then continued to b***h and whine, then demanded I direct her somewhere else. I tried to send her to the Verizon store, which I'm sure would help her but she just dismissed that idea. So I gave her (bad) directions to the nearest Bestbuy and smiled as she stormed off.
Then the other customer in the store went "What a b***h" and it made my day.

I didn't use to hate Bestbuy... they just sold me a faulty external hard drive. I lost so much stuff... and they didn't seem to care. I ended up having to buy another one. I've never forgiven them for that.

they didnt give you a refund??? thats way odd...though i know one best buy up here is a total ((insert extremely foul language here))...but supposedly its one of those seperate/ sole managment run ones ((if that makes sense) and their policy is different.
I would have raise HECK if they didnt do anyhting about it though 3nodding

I'm sure I probably made a stink about it, but they just sat behind their little desk-thing and didn't seem to care. They said that the manufacturer could fix it, but that wasn't guaranteed and I would still lose my data. Oh well, live and learn and then make sure you buy the extended warrantee and insurance plans. xd

Sad me, I didn't buy any of the insurance plans on my $2'400 (yes, price went up as I had to buy the OS) gaming PC... should have... didn't...

Edme, the new front page is awesometastic 3nodding I've come to realize something only too late... DO NOT switch from measly 17" LCD screen... to a 22" LCD screen whee It's messing with my perceptions @_@ So much room it might as well be two screens...

Oh, why thank you biggrin I changed it about a week ago and never said anything about it. My sister isn't a huge fan of the flowers, and I'm not really either now that it is up, but I'm to lazy to change it. I do like my new choice of wordage though.

I'm going to ask, because it has been bugging me, and I am very curious; why is everything on the front page always orange and black? The text is orange and black, the flowers are orange, the banners are orange and black, everything is orange and black. Why?
