Kazuma's next thoughts were on the new girl. She seemed to be cold and uniform in her own way because of her introduction, but at the same time nervous. Perhaps nervous because she knew Nadiya was a Jounin, or because she was nervous about meeting new people. He was nervous at times, but no Jounin ever made him shake in his sandals. That was a thing reserved for Gwen, because she was the only one, out of all the girls he met, he ever wanted to prove himself to. Though the girl Mag was an interesting ponder he didn't let it take too much thought, as he continued to try practicing. He then finally got it after so many failed attempts at getting it down initially. He realized it was time for him to move onto memorizing, and doing it. He was finally almost done.

((>.> That's the second time that I accidentally didn't roll and got a number I needed when I did it the post below... >.>))
Kazuma now fixed his eyes ahead thinking on which of the three he wanted to be on his team that would be beneficial for him considering his choice of pursuit. Hachiro already decided on Taijutsu, though to be honest Kazuma didn't think a Taijutsu specialist would be benficial to the team seeing as how with enough puppets he could probably do the same or more good then a single persona dn there fists could do, but Kazuma also knew Taijutsu went farther then just fists and he would need someone there to protect him during the early stages of his art and ninja days. He wanted Gwen to be ther, but she was aiming for ANBU and knew if she were on the team they would have someone that didn't exactly specialize, but she would have skills required of a killer and protector, she would have a variety of things she could do. And that was more then enough that he needed to know about it. So it would probably be him Hachiro and Gwen, if he had it his way. But unfortunately he didn't feel like leaving the new girl, Mag, out, not knowing if they'll be more students coming or not. And not knowing what she'll be doing herself. She might have a specialty that would suit better then Hachiro, though he would never replace Gwen in his dream team. And the Jounin leading the team had him worried, because if it was Nadiya things would probably be harder then they already are. She had already made them do Genin level training as a practice drill, though he knew her style of training was very awkward it would benefit him the most out of any other Jounin. Kazuma then snapped into a perfect usage of his handseal finally learning it completely. He was releived as he quickly ran through all twelve of them to keep them all in memory, then looked at Nadiya and performed the entire line smiling at her hoping she would have further instruction soon.

((Congatulations. Theres 4460 word which comes out at 1 xp per 75 a total of 59 XP. Im thinking if there is some skill that goes with handseals, but Im not sure. This was an unmodified challenge so unless there is looking in a book skill, I dont think theres much to give other than that. But if you want post it in the xp thread and see if you can get anything more. Even if not, with this xp that means you leveled. You know all the level up stuff?))

Mag began thinking about the question asked of her. What drives her? She couldn't remember. Maybe she was feed up being held captive in her home. Maybe she just wanted to. That was a question that a lot of consentration would have to go into. One the Maggie couldn't answear on the drop of a hat. Mag tilted her head down and closed her eyes, a sign that she was in deep thought. She knew she should be focusing on the task she had been given, but she couldn't leave the question blank in the air could she. Maybe she would wait, she wanted to hear what other students had to say, and who knows maybe it would strick up conversation between the students. She herself didn't want to talk. But she didn't want to sit in silance either. That was dull.
After a few moments passed Mag thought of a reason that, if nothing else, would be good enough. "My father is the one that drives my goals." In a way. The last part of the sentance she did not say out loud. However she did think it.
After the question was finished she opened her eyes and raised her head. She didn't want to see how people reacted, but she was curious about what they where thinking. Looking back down at the book she resumed her training. Placeing her right hand in a fist and her left hand in a ridged palm. She bent her elbows and placed the fist on top of palm, it took her a while to notice she had everything backwards. A silly mistake, but a time consumer non-the-less.

((With that XP yea, I would. Thing is last time you gave an estimate I got about 2/3 the XP from Kouri's official grading, so I just threw it up in the thread. But leveling up isn't that hard. You add 3 point to you're stats then recalculate everything. It's not that hard. xp ))

Something was eating at Mag. Causeing her to be unable to focus. This iritated her, causeing her once more to fiddle with the feathers around her waist. The more she looked at the book, the harder everthing looked. She didn't want to feel overdramatic, but she had a sinking feeling that made her feel like this was going to take a whole lot longer then she really wanted to deal with it. With a heavy breath Mag looked around at her fellow students. Taking in the details of each one, one was on the tall side. Wearing a green vest with the Kanji for "eternal" writen on it. Another wore nothing interesting, just a black shirt with jogging pants of the same color. And a third, female, who wore medical tape around various parts of her anatomy. Over all, the one in the vest looked to be about my age, the other two looked much younger.
As Mag looked at her fellow classmates, she once more denied learning anything. She needed to focus if she was ever going to get this work done. Focus but not stress. She looked at the paper once more trieing the seal. Failing, but trieing. Her fist had let the thumb be tucked into the other fingers, making the seal not only incorect, but also uncomfertable. Maybe next time.

((Hey the reason you got less is becaue here they dont consider that exersize a jutsu and in konoha they do, calm down. What Im giving you now is just the word bonus which Kouri said you do get so its not an estimate its a calculation. And because you are level 2 you now have skill points and a base save. Im just checking. Im not sure who knows what.))

((Didn't know Kiri had a word to exp convertion... Nifty, that makes me want to post lots and lots of details xD.))
Maggie went slowly this time. Folding her left hand slowly, keeping special attention to the positioning of the thumb. After she had made the correct fist she bent her elbow ninty degrees, just as she had the first time. Sliding her right hand palm down on top of her right hand she smiled. Dog. She had done it. She shook her hands out of the seal, so she could practice again. As her hand naturaly slid into position without her having to think she just about squeeled. Rolling onto her stomach Mag looked down at the tome. Her head rested on her hands as she searched for the second seal she needed to learn. Well she needed to learn all of them, but some looked easier then others. Kicking her legs up behind her she noted one that seemed particularly easy. Bore. Compaired to Dog though it was still much more complex.
Mag found quickly that the metal gauntlets that supressed her chakra where not the best to rest one's head in for to long. They where cold, metal, and did not give with her weight, as flesh would do. But with new found determination Mag really didn't care, though she did have brains enough that it wouldn't matter for long. She needed her hand's to do the seals, and like she normaly did, she would get tired of sitting in this possition and soon switch to another.

This seal, like the Dog, came easily to Mag. Then again, last time she had gotten worked up about it, she had failed the few times she tried after that. However it would be a bit wierd to put herself down for doing something right. She she compromised, giving herself a mental pat on the back. She looked at the seal, keeping a picture of it in her oddly colored grey eyes. The way her wrists bent back pushing her hands together. The way all of her fingers bent at the first knuckle, how each hand was a mirror immage of the other. The felt the way her energy flowed as she held this position and with the bat of an eye she droped it. After all memorization is all in repitition. So once more shaking her hand she readied her mind. Focusing on the picture they had taken of the seal, shutting out the sound her braclet made as it lightly tapped against her gauntlets.

((Yeah Im so happy it does! Konoha, Iwa, and Suna all do and Those are the places my main character has lived (As well as ame but that was for a short period) and so when I made someone here I hoped Kouri would do the same and she does.))
"Your father? Hmmm, interesting. Well Ive always viewed being an adept ninja as an art and like in every art you should always do it for yourself and no one else. Does that sound selfish? Oh, I hope not. But you get what I'm saying. You dont have to describe your life goals to me, but being conscious is never a bad thing dear."
Nadiya stood up and went to grab her citar. It was kind of dusty as it went untouched for almost a month now. her other instruments did not go so neglected, so why did this one? Nevertheless, she sat down aside her students and strummed a pleasant tune, welcoming the warm rays of the sun which could only reach this secluded area, hopefully warm enough to bring out the spirits of the still cautious children.

Mag had chosen to focus on her training before her teachers words, and it had worked. She smiled looking at her hands. They where perfect... Well in perfect position anyways. the way her wrist flexed backwards causing her pale skin to go white at the joint, her fingers bending at the first knuckle, not a finger out of place. She went over it once more. Dropping the seal she swiftly made the Dog seal and switched it with the Bore seal, both went in place like two pieces of a puzzle. With great satifsfaction she returned her attention to Nadiya.
Mag looked at her teacher with a dismade look. She really didn't know what pushed her to do what she did. She thought it was her father. But really that was just filler. When she spoke of art Mag thought of watching her clansman fight. The way they moved in a dancing like motion, Mag had always joked with her father saying if you push brushes on the feet of a Fubuki while they fought you would come out with a picture of the most beutiful landscape.
"Selfish?" Mag looked down, she hadn't ment to talk but it kind of sliped out. Luckly she didn't have to think about it for to long due to the teacher breaking out her music.
"It sounds nice." Mag looked up before starting her next seal. "Your music I mean."

Mag sat up onto her knees. Looking at the seals. But her mind was on the music. If Mag was to learn one thing this year, it would be how to multitask. Because that was seeming to be a bit of her downfall in this little practice. The pictures seemed blurry if she listened to the music. But the music seemed dull if she focus on the pictures. If these where not such a necesity Mag would have been Que sera sera about it. However these where the fundimentals of everything she was to learn this year. She could not simply let these pass out of her memory. She had to make sure they stayed, and better yet, had meaning. So she closed her eyes. And in her brain she formed the two seals she had learned already. Making sure she had them down pat before going to the next seal. Monkey.

It seemed one of Mag's classmates had finished already. That was either really impresive, or Mag had gotten her a lot later then she would have liked. Either way her own training was going on at a nice pace. True she was still on the easiest of seals, but she was plowing through them. Next up was the Monkie seal. She nodded to herself as she swiftly looked from the picture to her hands. She pressed her palms together her fingers curling over the contures of her wrist. She noted how the thumb was placed above the pinkie, and the pinkie seemed to lay in the webing between the thumb and forefinger.
Mag could feel the heat starting to build on her back. Now extreamly happy that she put one almost a full thing of sun protectent. Her naturaly pail skin would otherwise fry like a frozen meat over a blazing hot fire.
