The blonde debated or not if she should turn around but feeling she should out of both politness and guiltiness she did. She gave a sheepish smile at Ashley before she saw out of the corner of her eyes a smirk on Chase's face as he gave a hello to her. Usagi began to rubb the back of her neck a tad bit nervously. She didn't realize Chase's hand was still on her shoulder.

"Umm hi Ashley, this si Chase and Chase this is Ashley a girl from my shcool. She's in my English class." She introuduced them to the other. Oh wait Luna! Crud...I really have to find out what's wrong with her, I mean she never acted this way before...ok I never had her when she was a kitten. Even during the Moon Kingdom she was an adult while I was growing up...I also have to help her awaken the others... Usagi thought to herself.

Nia patting her back only seemed to make the sobbing girl cry harder, more because she'd never felt like this than the fact that Nia didn't know how to comfort her.
:: of course, Nia misunderstood the girl's newfound energy in crying, thinking she had done something wrong:: geez, Rem... please... whatever i did... i'm so sorry! i didn't mean it, seriously! just... please... stop crying!
Remmy sniffled, taking a minute before she figured out that Nia would obviously have no clue why she was crying so terribly much. She sat back on her legs, reaching her hands up to wipe away her tears, lifting the end of her shirt slightly to help with this. "I-it's not y-your f-fault." she managed to get out, still sniffling and trying to calm her breathing.
: geez... ::reaches out to her and gently wipes away what tears Rem hadn't gotten, even more confused now that she's been freed of guilt:: then why are you dehydrating yourself like this?
Rem shook her head and then started to cry again, covering her face with her hands. "I-I've never f-felt like this b-before." she stuttered out, trying to stop crying again. She hated being so emotional, this was one of those times she wished she was more like Mamoru.
::her eyes go wide and she sort of... hovers, not sure if she should hug Remmy to comfort her, leave the girl to her tears, try to lighten the mood... what was she supposed to do with a crying girl?!"" uh... y... er.... i... uh... i'm sorry?
This didn't seem to help as Rem collapsed into tears again, unable to speak at all as she seemed to be concentrating on not sobbing, trying to limit herself to just plain tears.
:: oh great, she made it worse! mentally smacking herself, repeatedly, she hovers a few seconds more then takes Rem's hands and looks into her eyes:: look, if it's bothering you the way you're feeling then put a lid on it! ::as though it was possible to control your own emotions... but hey, maybe, right?::
Remmy's eyes watered even more and this just led to her jumping off the couch and practically making a wild dash for her bedroom, collapsing on the bed and burying her head in her arms and pillows. She could no longer keep it to just tears but was again sobbing loudly.
::stares after her then actually smacks herself, hard:: idiot, idiot, idiot, idiot, idiot
Remmy sat up and she was close to getting herself under control, grabbing some tissues to blow her nose and then some more to wipe her eyes. She carefully slid off the bed and put them in the trash can, walking into her bathroom and washing her face. Observing herself in the mirror, she ended up pulling off her shirt and slipping another of similiar style on, though it was a black one instead of the navy she had been wearing. She carefully sat on the edge of her bed, then leaning back to stare at the ceiling.
::during all this, Nia remained on the couch, trying to figure out how she had messed up, and how to fix it::
Rem blaming herself for this, but she stood up and walked to the open way in the living room, sniffing one more time and looking at Nia.
::she has her hands over her face, and streatched out on the couch with her hair over the armrest and trailing down to the floor, little bits of flame dancing along her locks and fingers::
Remmy carefully walked into the room and gently sat down on the edge of the couch. "Nia..."
::peeks through her fingers:: you feeling any better?
She nodded a bit. "Are you okay?"
fine... look, i'm really sorry...
Remmy gently laid a finger over her lips and shook her head. "It's not your fault alright? I can't expect you to feel the same way I do, or even guess how I'm feeling. I've just had, a lot of stuff going on today. I, it was, weird when my other personality kissed Usagi, and I hated it. But, when you were so cold to me, it just, hurt, and I can be very emotional, that's all."
::Nia winces slighlty and looks away, a very faint blush coloring her pale cheeks:: i think i was jealous...
Remmy blinked and then another blush crept up onto her cheeks. "You, you were jealous of Usagi?" For some reason she had never thought of that.
::stiff shrug:: maybe... a little..
"You know, it's not a bad thing to care about someone enough to get jealous." she said quietly, looking away from Nia and out the back windows.
i'm about as used to it as you're used to liking someone
I never said I hadn't liked someone before...I just said I wasn't used to this feeling...." she mumbled.

"Maybe it just sounds the same to you."
Remmy then stood up and walked to the large windows, sighing and laying her forehead against the glass.
::sits up:: did i do something wrong agian?
She shook her head. "I'm just, confused."
maybe... i... should go... or something
Remmy sighed again. "If, that's what you want to do, then you can." Her eyes slid closed.
i don't want to leave you... confused... or hurt... or anything
She opened her eyes and she turned around slowly, taking a deep breath. "Nia, can you, stay with me tonight?"
::blinks. she hadn't been expecting that... but then... had she expected anything that had happened since meeting Remmy? no? didn't think so:: i... uh... s...sure
"You don't have to if you're uncomfortable, I just, I don't want to be alone tonight."
no... i'll stay... i'm just.... ::hesitates a moment before deciding to be blunt:: you keep throwing me off balance...
Remmy blinked a few times and then smiled gently. "I guess that's what you get for befriending a girl whose greatest companions are ghosts." she muttered. She carefully walked over to Nia and gently put her arms on her shoulders, leaning in to kiss her forehead.
::blushes slightly, looking up at her:: you're probably the second living person that's ever cared about me....
"Brenna's the first I assume?" she asked quietly.
yeah.... and that was an accident...
Rem raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything, leaving it open for Nia to explain or for her to not say anything. She knew questions sometimes made people feel obligated to answer or to be rude.
::and she doesn't seem too inclined to explain::
Rem left her arms on Nia's shoulders since the girl didn't seem to mind them there. "I'm not patrolling tonight..." she murmured softly.
::blinks at her, not fully sure what Rem means::
She chuckled. "I'm not 'superheroing' as you called it. Crime seems to take a break on the days when I have morning classes."
well that's convient
She nodded. "Definitely. But, I don't want to be alone tonight." Her eyes were soft and sad.
well.... i'm not going anywhere ;:softly::
"Thank you." she said quietly. She dropped down and hugged Nia for a moment, then pulled back since the other girl had seemed uncomfortable the first time she'd hugged her, though she had been sobbing her eyes out at the time.
::she had stiffened slightly, not used to hugs or any kind of affection, really, except for from Bren... maybe that was one of the reasons Rem confused her so much. the girl didn't really make her feelings a secret. by the time Rem pulls away, she had relaxed:: i'm gonna have to get used to you ::sighs;:
"I'm sorry, I don't mean to make you uncomfortable." she said, looking down.
no... it's okay... i... i wouldn't still be here if i didn't think i could get used to you... or if i didn't want to
Remmy blushed a bit, but she smiled up at Nia and gave her a small hug again. She couldn't help herself when it came to affection towards Nia. It just always seemed like the girl needed a few good hugs, and from what she knew of her family, Nia definitely needed someone to care for her.
::startled, she gives Rem a small hug back::
Rem laid her head gently against Nia's shoulder. "Do you, would you mind Chinese food for dinner?" she asked quietly. It was much easier than ordering sushi or something and Rem had a craving for something at least somewhat near to the tastes of her own culture.
Chinese sounds good... ::softly::
"Chicken fried rice alright?"
::nods::
Remmy reluctantly pushed away from Nia and grabbed a cordless phone, walking into the kitchen and finding the phone book, dialing the Chinese place and ordering two things of Chicken fried rice along with a container of sweet and sour chicken. She knew she had chopsticks, proper ones, so she didn't worry about that but she made sure they were getting fortune cookies. They were some of her favorite things. She leaned against the doorway from the kitchen. "Food will be on it's way soon."

::during the little show, Ashley had been trying to get her crutches in order, a feat when your arm is still throbbing from a bruise at th e shoulder. She hadn't noticed them whatsoever during that, but being addressed directly, she looks up:: Oh, Hi. ::thinking, he looks like the guy I dumped last year, and shakes his hand akwardly::

There was something odd when Ashley shook Chase's hand, he felt. But he figured that he was just thinking up stuff. After Ashley realeased his hand, he put both of them in his pocket. He looked over at Usagi next to him and gave a slight smile. He then looked back at the new girl and waited for her to speak.

A sympathetic smile came across usagi's face after hearing about Ashley's accident that led to her injury.

"I'm sorry about that. You haven't been missing much, the teacher has been abdsent too so the sub has been letting us just watch some plays on movies." She explained. I don't know what to do to. Should Chase and I find Luna to see what the heck is wrong with her? Or stay here with Ashley to help her out? I mean she had a hard time before thanks to her injury but if I stay wouldn't I be leaving Chase out? Usagi thought to herself.

Usagi shrugged her shoulders. She was the last to know any good gossip in their school. her hands went into her pockets, she was still thinking about the options of either going to find Luna, the still sleeping scouts or helping Ashley.

"I don't know, you're asking the wrong person if you want to hear the lastest gossip around school."

Usagi blinked as Ashley called out to some random guy. She turned her herd to see who she was calling to only to hear he wasn't the right person who Ashley wanted to speak to. She turned her head back to Ashley, onlyto blink to her reason for calling the random guy.

Oh...wait...don't tell me..she's...she's...Lita?! Usagi thought to herself in disbelife. What were the odds of Lita being Ashley?
