On that train of thought
Lucky b*****d-
When Kama fires a shot from his chakra rifle, even if it misses initially he can post a number ranging from 1-6 in the post where he fired. Then in his next post he can roll a 6 sided dice and if the roll and post match numerically the bullet ricochets and strikes his opponent. If he fails to get the numbers to match his rifle is unusable for 10 posts.This attack can't simply be substituted or flickered out of, if the numbers match the bullet strikes the opponent, where it strikes though, is up to the discretion of the opponent.

noir_kama On that train of thought Lucky b*****d- When Kama fires a shot from his chakra rifle, even if it misses initially he can post a number ranging from 1-6 in the post where he fired. Then in his next post he can roll a 6 sided dice and if the roll and post match numerically the bullet ricochets and strikes his opponent. Neuchi Genzou (Valued Vision)
Shigure, being apart of the Orimara branch family, doesn't have very good vision. Using a jutsu he developed himself, he can heighen his vision in a single hand seal he made up. Once activated, he can see like a normal person. But a drawback is, it only lasts for 10 posts. After that, he has to do the jutsu again.
Byakukahen no Juugoya (White Petals of the Full Moon)
Shigure stares into his opponets eyes for 2 seconds,and it causes them to be put into a genjutsu. While they are in it, it seems to them that white petals are raining down on the battlefield. This give Shigure the opportunity to Attack or Escape.

hmmm thinking about taking out one of my Techniques so just felt like putting down some ideas.
Eight trigrams Divine Hand- This technique requires the user to grasp his wrist with the opposite hand. With True focus of Chakra, the user gathers chakra to his hand. Once the chakra is gathered, the user points it to a target and unleashes the chakra in either short powerful bursts of Chakra spheres, or a very powerful stream blast of chakra.
((lol a little too DBZ I know XDDD))
Oh and if I still can I want this.
Stunning Spike: Komen engulfs a specific tenketsu point any where on his body in intense chakra portions and releases a spike. Once this single spike strikes an opponent it paralyzes them. The enhanced spike has only a reach of 1 meter even though its a single point.

Description: You focus some chakra at your index finder and middle finger on whatever hand you want. The chakra should come in the form of a one foot long blade. At it's normal state, it can cut through most things. The better your chakra control and the thinner the blade , the better the slicing power ^-^.
The jutsu will stay active as long as you continue holding the chakra on your fingers.

Jutsu: Doton: Kobushi no Choguko (Earth Release: Following Fist)
Utilizing one's chakra while attacking, the user will release chakra through their foot and into the ground. Following, the user will make an attack with their hand, usually an upward taijutsu attack. Immediately following, a thin pillar rises up, as if shadowing the hand and slamming into the opponent. It is commonly used against opponents who dodge by a hair's length to slam them with a pillar. Especially effective if the user can grab a hold of the opponent, so the pillar will hit with an incredibly painful force.

Wind Release: Fire Release: Shadow Shield
I can make eight thick shadows come out of the ground.
Imagine that you are looking from a birds-eye-view. Four shadows are one foot away from the user on opposite sides of the user. that means one is on the north side, one is on the south side, one is in the east side, and the last one is on the west side. There are another four shadows that are one and a half feet away from the user, and they fill the gaps of the other four shadows. They all spin in random directions all aiming to leave no gaps at any time. The closest four spin erupting fire. The outside four spin erupting wind. As they spin, they curve and fom a sphere. The only part of the sphere that isn't closed is the top. There is a one foot gap big enough to let someone through.

It's not quite done yet, but if I were to make a Western Zodiac Fighting Style, would it be just one slot, or one slot for each sign's signature move?
(Such as Sagittarius', which would undoubtedly be an arrow strike, and so on?)
Also, one of my older ones, I'm not sure if it got officially approved or not. Jashu said it looked good, so can I have it?
Songai Basho (Compensation for Damages)- Ninjutsu. A three-part move. The first step is to create a 'seal' on the user, to begin storing kinetic energy. (Basically it would create a minor chakra-fueled shield around the user, reducing the kinetic impact of physical blows.) The second step is to hit the opponent with an open palm strike, to place a mirror of the seal on them. (Amplifies kinetic energy...) The third step is to create a channel between the two seals, sending the absorbed kinetic energy to the opponent's seal, where it is amplified and transfers to them, damaging them to a degree of half of the total damage the user had sustained since the first seal.
And a third one, a combination of three I made some time back.
Jigoku no Karaoke no Justu (Karaoke Hell Technique)- Various. When this move is first performed, several microphones fall from the sky, composed of crystallized chakra. One for everyone involved in the battle. Taking turns, starting with Nemu, a song can be sung. The lyrics of the songs determine any real-life effects that may occur. (Such as the two I had proposed before, Hotel California and Teddy Bears' Picnic.) Each singer can only do several lines per post, and the effect continues until the song is done, whether they stopped early or reached the end of the song. After the first singer, it's the next person's turn, and so on. One singer can't interrupt another singer in mid-song.
(Obviously there are limits on what the songs can accomplish, such as REM's 'It's the End of the World' won't end the world. You can't make anyone die, or any drastic changes to their health. Primarily smaller effects, like 'A Horse with No Name' might change the field into a desert, then some posts later, into an ocean. 'Gloomy Sunday' might make the listener's very depressed. And so on. Also, the songs must be real ones, with provable lyrics and everything. Maybe even a Youtube link? I'd prefer only well-known songs, too. So maybe not foreign music?)
