And Dimi, I do those with back and forth between paint and photoshop. You can easily get a free version of photoshop 7.0 online. I could share a few templates if you ever feel like trying out a few avatar edits.

Hey uh, you know how I wanted to make a necromancer ninja for Kiri? I was thinking he had some disease, that is even more than what Kimimaro had... like, his skin and organs are being slowly eaten away... kinda like leprosy, but not...
So anyways, he keeps himself alive with strange techniques, and he lives on a basically a ROCK of an island, similar to one of Orochimaru's bases... the one with Karin I think? Anyways, he has a crypt, basically. The door is sealed shut and can only be entered by him. Of course, he gives the ability to unlock the seal to the current Mizukage. But, he can take it away from the Mizukage any time he wants, it's to do with DNA. Also, the crypt will be destroyed when he dies. Meaning all his secrets and evil doings that he does to keep himself alive will go with him. Oh and, ANBU can get to the door without making traps activate, but can't use the door. They will be sensed as well.
Most of his necromancy jutsu will be S Rank, and he will have a s**t TON of chakra, and his intelligence will be very high, while the other stats will be pathetic. oH and, he actually can use quite a lot of high ranked med-ninjutsu.
EDIT: Oh and, he is actually very gentle and kind to the younger ninjas. He can't bring himself to kill even enemy genin and chuunin who are still children/teens. He can hurt them badly though, but... killing adults, those with enough experience to handle themselves, he can kill. He thinks jounin or above who die but his hand must not be worthy of that rank.

Qyp... I MAY be closing Kirigakure after the time skip. :O i've told Hiru and Dimi and LuvMonke this already. Everybody MAY move to Kumo. Of course, you're still welcome. But I think a return to the BLoody Mist is kind of... politically incorrect. XD I mean, if you're powerful enough, I guess the government can't stop you. But you'll be stigmatised appropriately. {I'm sure the kids will warm to you though. If you're ready to lead a team..}

@Kugutsu: Sorry for my absense in kiri I was preoccupied by crew work and suna that i forgot to post again lol. But I'm posting now, hopefully I'd be caught up in the exam by tomorrow.

Anywho, again Im sorry. I got busy on my duties, also trying to format the new system we planned (but thats not going out well)
