JC nodded; sure his friend would come up with something perfect. He went back into the bedroom he shared with Anita and fixed a few things up there, including putting a little stuffed penguin on the bed, it fit in so nicely with the rest of the room's coloring. Again, he was reminded as to why he was very glad she did not collect stuffed flamingos or the like.
After setting up, and testing out his legs once more, he was still unable to stand but was relived to find proportions correct. Then he shifted back and proceeds to look out the window waiting for his love. Hunger bit at him but he ignored it that was not getting in the way of his time with Anita, should she show.
With the guy Anita brought for them to feed off of gone, it was a good thing Rin had already given birth, at least Asher would not go hungry.
Rin had woken up, nature calling her to check on her children. Looking proudly at her sleeping little wonders, she smiled warmly at them and gave all of them a gentle caress of the soft little cheeks. She had recovered from the birth now, feline healing come to the rescue, and felt just fine. Her libido was back again in full force, but maternal instinct prevented it form doing to much to her, she could not just push her children into another room, or sleep in another room when they may need her, after all. Leaving them alone was beyond her, so all thoughts that would not be appropriate for the babies to accidentally see, or hear, were pushed out of her mind completely.
Ra had slipped away from Sky, and gone on a little hunt of his own through the many doors of the Tower. He had collected many exotic flowers for a bouquet for his beloved. For the most part, he tired to give her ones that complimented her fire, such as tiger lily, a personal favorite of his.
In a box from some place called 'Jarred' he had gotten her a necklace that looked perfect for her. To top it all off, dinner was in the oven before he left. So long as no one got into it, it should be fine. Now he was on his way out of the door looking around hoping not to get caught until he was completely finished.
ooc: *was watching a 'he went to Jarred' commercial* I couldn't help my self ^.^;

Asher decided to slither into the room, holding the bouquet in his hands. Granted sex was always in his mind, only because one he was male, two his vampire bloodlines, and three....well when you had a mate like Rin, how can you say no? He smiled as he snuck up behind her and coiled about, kissing her cheek and presenting the flowers. "For you, ma cherie."
Anita sighed and had given up trying to get ahold of her talent. If it was there, she wasn't tapping into it and it scared her because she gained little to no control. She came back, her ears back and her tail twitching like mad. It irritated her that she couldn't and she felt comfortable in her anger.
She came back to the tower, growling softly as she entered the tower.
Skyling was curled up on the bed, sleeping peacefully unaware of Ra's plans. Her wings folded around her. She yawned softly in her sleep.

was the tower a typo or is Anita going to try her powers in the graveyard she found behind one of the doors?
IC: Rin had been so intent on watching her babies, she had no idea Asher was in the room until his familiar coils were around her. She smiled and leaned against her mate. Her expression turned into one of being stunned at the flowers presented to her. The two dozen flowers were almost overwhelming.
Before Asher she had known so little true care and affection, now she hardly knew what to do with it. Crying from emotions over flowing she sniffed at the flowers, inhaling their wonderful scent before she turned and kissed Asher, breaking it to tell him, "Oh, thank you, beloved, they are beautiful." Kissing him again she tried not to think that she had nothing to give him, no gifts storied away and because of being pregnant, she hadn't been thinking much any way.
Ra saw that she was asleep so he took the time to set the table with his carefully prepared meal of tender roast, mashed potatoes, sweet buttered corn, fresh mangos and cantaloupe served with fresh rolls and sweet tea with homemade gravy to top the meat and potatoes should she want it. He lit two candle sticks for a dinner by candle light. With that he had soft music playing in the background.
He put the gift he got from Jarrad’s in the chair he would be using before he went into their bedroom and placed the flower arrangement on the end table so she'd have to sit up to see them, though the fragrance could not be hidden. To wake her, he picked his favorite method; he kissed her softly on her lips.

Ooc: she probably won't think about it until a later date. Then she'll kick herself for not thinking about it sooner.

Asher smiled and kissed her again. "I figured you would enjoy them, yes?" He nuzzled her and set them on the end table, before peering over at his children.
Sky returned his kiss before yawning and awakening. She rolled over onto her back and stretched out, ruffling her wings as a bird might. She smiled up to him. "Hello."

ooc: What I mean was did she go into the tower or was the tower a typo for the palace that Rin, Asher, and JC are?
IC:
Rin smiled to him again and nodded to confirm to him he was correct, "You were absolutely right, I love them." She returned the nuzzle and rested her head on his shoulder, gazing at their sleeping children happily. This was her picture of happiness. There was something she had be meaning to ask but wasn't sure how to without it sounding like she might be implying something.
Finally, she decided to ask and defend herself later if need be, "Asher, love, JC asked me how to shift into a human lower body before I made it to the stairs, I'll admit watching him try the first time was enough to make me slide down a step out of laughing. But after he asked, I was curious, do you know how to shift?" She did not want to give the impression that she might perfer that or anything, obviously she enjoyed sleeping with him the other way, but she knew some men could be sensitive about that. Whither Asher was one of them would remain to be seen
Ra smiled to Sky and greeted her in return, "Hello, love." Lightly caressing her cheek he told her, "I have a few surprises for you." He did not need a day to show Sky in different ways how much he loved her, but he'd take the timing to throw in extra attentions and loving gestures.

"You do?" Sky clearly enjoyed it when Ra spoiled her and she soaked it up like she was a kitten to affection and a bowl of cream. She barely caught the scent of flowers, the scent sweet, spicy and all around made her feel good.
Asher thought about that. "I hadn't known until you said something earlier. I never gave it a chance before." He said honestly.

Ra delighted in spoiling her, even more so because she enjoyed it. To him, she was worth every star in the sky and every beam of the sun. She really was his everything and tere was nothing better the showing her that she was. Rather then say anything further, once the silent type always the quite type, he told her simply, "I love you" Then he moved out of the way so she could see the flowers he had gathered for her, one of the surprises he had in store for her.
Rin said softly, "Ah." She wasn't sure what else she could say. All this time she had thought it was just a prefrence with him, certainly she hadn't minded. Should she ask if he wanted to learn the trick? Rin was not entirely sure, so she decided to leave it up to him, if he asked, she'd tell him.
JC gave Anita some space when she first entered the manson, rather being safe then sorry, "Anita, ma petite, I have something to show you." This was his approach to showing her the first of what he had in store for her this night. It would be a better surprise if she had abosultly no idea that he had gifts for her.

Sky sat up and kissed him softly. The flowers' scent drew her attention and she smiled, bringing one of them too her. The scent filled her nose and she looked up to him, smiling ever more. "They're beautiful."
Asher nibbled her ear a little. "Once Jean-claude gets the hang of it, I'll give it a chance..."
Anita blinked, her temper cooling for a moment as she looked to JC. "Something?"

Ra watched her with the flowers, delighted that she liked them as he told her softly, "Their beauty pails to yours, my dear sky, though in your hands, they become even more beautiful then when I found them." That was the most he had said in a while, but with her, there were some words he just had to say.
Offering her his hand he told her softly, "There is more." Dinner and a gift to be exact, but she'd find that out when she got there.
Rin shivered just a bit in enjoyment as he nibbled on her ear. Bringing one hand up, she lightly caressed his cheek and played tenderly with his hair. What he said made a lot of sense. Though, if she told him she'd be kind enough this time to tell him to sit down first.
Rather then tackle that she told him, "Its strange, for having just given birth to there babies, I feel right back to normal, I honestly did not think the feline healing would kick in here too." She wasn't sure why she said that, maybe it was libido, maybe it was just something to say, or maybe she just wanted him to know she was perfectly fine. Was the guy brought to feed him even still in the house?
JC offered her his hand and he told her with a smile, "Yes, something, why not come and see for yourself?" He was not letting anything pass his expression to clue her in.

"There is?" She squeaked, placing one of the flowers into her hair and scooting to the edge of the bed. She was curious to what else he was surprising her with.
Asher smiled. "Oh it's there...I think it always will be."
Anita hated it when he gave that expressionless look. Then again she hated vampires for it too. She could pull it off....but master vamps were better.

Ra slithered over to the door and held it open for her, giving a bow as he said, "Ladies first." He loved this, and felt rather clever being able to set this up, as hard as it would be, he'd have to hold the necklace for last. Giving her one surprise after another stretched it out better. Although he had that problem everyone has after doing something they felt was really good, waiting. He wanted to tell her, but that might be overwhelming or take away from the other things he had done for her, so he forced himself to wait.
"Your right," she told him in a soft tone as she continued to lightly caress the side of his face before she let her hand drop. She was relaxed in his coils, she almost thought she could fall asleep even though she wanted to stay up.
JC did not like doing things she hated him to do, but he really did not want to give away what he had done! Reaching out for her hand, he smiled at her said, "I promise the room does not swallow people whole, it is just something I came acrossed that you might like to see." He would have said 'does not bite' but that had long since been too much of a pun with him around for him to use, besides that stopped deterring her from him, thankfully.

Sky went through the door, being a good girl and waiting on his surprises. It was hard since she felt like she was a young kid who was eager for the candy store.
Anita glared at him for pun. Rooms always bit her in some manner. However, she loved JC so she relaxed a little, taking his hand and letting him lead her to his surprise.
Asher nuzzled into his hand, feeling rather felinish then a snake. His tongue flickered out on the occassion as he hugged her.

Ra was having trouble holding back on the surprises but was able for her. He held out his arm for her to take, "The second surprise is in a room three doors down." Everything was set and ready, he had to work hard not to smile like a fool who thought they had done something good.
JC was grateful for the love and trust she had in him, after all he had survived. With her hand in his, he lead her to the dinning room and opened the door for her, bowing as he held the door for her.
Rin giggles a little and turns a bit and puts her arms around his neck. Staring loveingly into his eyes, she showed her feline nature by playfully licking the tip of his nose while smiling at him.

Ra smiled back to her, "It has a lot to do with a small token of how much I love you." At the door, he turned the door knob and opened the door to reveal the romantic dinner he created for her. So long as he made sure she took the first chair, she wouldn't find the third gift.
He was anxious, hoping that the dinner would not be big enough to impress. With the time, effort, and love involved, he hoped it would show through to her.
