Millennium Ring Bakura wanted out. He was sick and tired of hanging around in the hospital, wondering if he could be let go yet. Of course Ryou still couldn't handle walking around in his state, which was getting worse, as said by the doctor. Who cared what the doctor said, though? Bakura didn't, that was for sure.
As he walked past Girl's room, he paused as he tried to make up his mind. He could hear Malik inside, and knew that there would be some good annoying or threatening just waiting to take place inside. Before he could do anything, though, a hand was on his shoulder, it being the last person Bakura had expected to see right then.
Ishizu was breathing heavily, her whole body heaving with every breath. "Bakura..." She said in a thick voice, making out the person in front of her. "Is Malik in there?" Bakura nodded his head, an astonished look on his face. She stumbled into the room without anything more to say to Bakura, quickly seeing her brother and Kira, sighing with relief. "Malik!"
Bakura paused to let this sink in. Hadn't Ishizu been dead? Well, of course that television could've lied. Before he could follow her into the room, though, another hand roughly grabbed his shoulder.
"Out of the way, Tomb Robber." Khalid demanded, looking more angry than he had in his entire life. He had snapped, that was for sure. No sign of the Shadi-like person was left, no calm at all.
"This is a problem of mine," Bakura said in a mocking way, getting in the way of the door. "And if you remember our deal--"
"I have no time for that!" Khalid roared, moving as though to grab Bakura's collar but instead grasping the string holding the Millennium Ring to his chest. In one smooth motion he ripped it off, casting it to the side.
Bakura left control of the body, a confused and weak Ryou taking his place. "Khalid? What's going--" He couldn't get the words out though, as Khalid slammed him into the wall. "What's going on?!"
"Silence, child. I cannot have you or the Tomb Robber interfereing." He said in a low voice, and a moment later Ryou let out an ear-splitting scream, full of pain and pure terror from what Khalid had just done to him. Malik quickly whipped around, but couldn't get words to come out, "I-i--" that's all he got out before running towards Ishizu and burying his face in her clothes, he didn't care if it was just a horrible trick--

Ishizu had pretty much expected something like this. What with Khalid making everybody believe her to be dead. She wrapped her arms around her brother, shaking as she cried softly, trying to force herself not to. She pulled back from Malik a moment later, shaking his head. "It's okay. Khalid just set something up so you'd believe I'd be dead. He said that something's going to happen here and that he wanted me away, and--" She was cut off by the scream from Ryou in the hall, looking over at the door, alarmed. "He must've followed me here." She trembled from the thought of Khalid, but knew that she couldn't allow herself to be like this.

Millennium Ring Ishizu had pretty much expected something like this. What with Khalid making everybody believe her to be dead. She wrapped her arms around her brother, shaking as she cried softly, trying to force herself not to. She pulled back from Malik a moment later, shaking his head. "It's okay. Khalid just set something up so you'd believe I'd be dead. He said that something's going to happen here and that he wanted me away, and--" She was cut off by the scream from Ryou in the hall, looking over at the door, alarmed. "He must've followed me here." She trembled from the thought of Khalid, but knew that she couldn't allow herself to be like this. Malik pleaded with Marik to take over and do something to get rid of Kahild, Marik happily obliged. "I wouldn't often do this for you, Ishizu, but get behind me." Marik told her.

Ishizu was a little alarmed, but nodded as she ducked behind Marik, partly wondering why he was doing this. She wasn't going to object, of course.
In the hall Ryou had fallen to the ground, covering the left side of his face, blood flowing thickly through his fingers. Khalid was standing above him, holding the Millennium Eye proudly. The Millennium Ring had slid down half the length of the hallway, making it impossible for Bakura to realy do anything.

Kira had heard this and hoped out the bed.Swearing loudly she grasped her chest in pain but bit her lip and ran to ryou.She had tore off part of her gown and quickly but gently stuffing it into his eye socket moving ryous hand so he put preasure on it.She then ran off to grab a doctor.

After a moment, Khalid did enter the room, pocketing the Millennium eye slowly, so that those inside would be able to tell what happened. A smirk flashed across his face insanly when he noticed Ishizu's eye widen from behind Malik-- no, this was his other half. Marik. Khalid hadn't quite expected this, but it didn't matter. Ishizu must've already said something, so Khalid knew what he would have to do. In his spurt of anger, his thoughts were scatttered madly in his mind, and he wasn't able to make sense of them. Only that if they were fated to die, then he should carry out fate's orders. Besides, everyone was fated to die. So that didn't leave them much of a choice.

Ryou cried out again as he felt something go back inside his socket. He blindly backed against a wall, ripping out the cloth there. Khalid had seemed to go all-out to make sure that Ryou wouldn't try to stop him, in his anger and just plain madness. Khalid had also stabbed Ryou's right eye with a pocket knife, blinding the boy.

Kira had came back with a doctor who frantly went to help ryou.She had also grabed the ring.She placed a gently had on ryousshoulder "I know your scared ryou but everythings going to be alright.There are doctors here to take care of you." She was breathing evey drying to ignore the mind numming pain in her chest.Sliping the ring over his head and fixing the rope she gently whispered in his ear "I know your scared ryou.Have bakura come out.He's stronger than you.."

Marik glared at Kahlid, "I'll speak for Malik when I say that I'm not letting you hurt Ishizu." he said, making it clear that Marik was only in it becuase he could kill someone--

Khalid laughed darkly. "Then I'll make her death painless. Along with yours. I cannot allow you to just escape fate." His eyes were widened from their orignal state, giving him a truly insane look.
Bakura faultered before taking over. He choked down a scream that threatened to make it's way out, swearing not to show weakness. He groped blindly towards his face, though he had already guessed what happened. He tried to say something, but the words got caught in his throat. After a moment he managed to turn towards who he hoped was Girl. "The b*****d get rid of Ryou's-- my-- sight?"

Marik grabbed the Rod from where Malik had kept it in the Belt loop, "I'm afraid I can't let you do that." he growled, the Rod began to glow, hitting Khalid faster than the eye could see-- it should have worked--

Kira nodded her hand still on ryou's shoulder "yes he also took you 'other' eye...hold still the doctors are working on you.." she said as the doctors started to close the veins that were bleeding right on the spot. "They might be able to fix your eye...mabye.." she told him.

Bakura reached out and touched Girl gently. "They probably won't be able to... Dammit... I doubt this body will survive much more." He jerked backwards, cringing in pain. In a lower voice, he spoke again, sounding threatening. "I will not die so quickly, though. Let Ryou do as he will with this body..." The Millennium Ring glew brightly as Bakura used much of the powers in it to form a new body for himself, much like he had to seperate from his hikari before. (Making this up, a bit)
Bakura's new body was pretty much all that it had been, say, a week ago. No marks were on it, and he had sight. He leaned over Ryou, who had been forced to be in control, and took back the Millennium Ring.
