Well that was the other address, but also I think I forgot to include the whole 'quick delivery' thing that Markus pays for. So I dunno if I typed up about how quick they would get to Aberdeen's door. Oops. Well, time to read.

Here's a good key I would use for your goal:
1) Keep track of what you eat. It's a b***h but it helps.
2) Eat lots of veggies and fruits like spinach, lettuce, carrots, apples, oranges.
3) Keep grazing to a minimum (I know how hard it is, I eat all the time). If you snack, snack on carrots, spinach, apples, oranges, etc.
4) CARDIO. Cardio is the only real way to lose fat. So jog and walk. 30mins a day. Calisthenics help (pushups, situps, 6 inch flutter kicks, arm circles). Doing these in quick succession to keep your heart rate up will help you lose weight, feel good, and get stronger.
5) Regular sleep schedule. let's say go to sleep around 10-12PM and wake up between 7-9AM. c: It helps more than you can possibly imagine.
6) Avoid processed foods. Like 100%. Seriously big part.
7) Have a rest day. Also, run every other day, but walk every day.
cool Avoid sugar and fat when you can, but don't cut em out of your diet. Try to limit them and simple carbs.
