Ariel watched the shadows clawing out of the footprints, it was eerie, to say the least. They may not have been as terrifying as demons, but it sure did look as though they were crawling right out of the pits of hell in the form of darkness. Quickly looking right back to the larger one, her reaction came quick as she struck out her staff, holding it side ways across her in attempt to somehow block the creature, or possibly keep it's claws away from her the best that she could. Falling back onto the ground from it's lunge attack, Ariel still tried to keep its claws away from her. That was when Azura attempted to grab the creature off of her!

??? As Ariel tried to protect herself the figures claws dug into her staff, then the blue haired girl tried to remove the beast from ariel, it snarled asnit slashed at her with its hign leg then the numerous shadows would attack the other two "I will devour.....your....Hearts!" it roared out

Ariel struggled with her staff, holding onto it with all her strength. It would do her no good if she lost her grip and completely lost the staff, there only real source of protection at the moment! Though she wasn't exactly doing a good job at saving ether one of them right now! "No! You will not!" Azura stumbled back, falling to the ground as the creature slashed at her with it's strange blade-like leg. The slash striking across stomach and a little across her arm. Sylvanas started to look for rocks, to which she would throw at the little ones that were going for them! She didn't know where Celestial went, but it seemed to have disappeared on her back in Midgar somewhere!

??? The figure dug its claws into the staff then tried to rip out of her hands, meanwhile more shadows clawed out of the ground surounding the poor girls

As the girls began to realize just how much danger they were really in, rocks weren't going to do very well against Shadow creatures, And they were already starting to become exhausted in all there attempts to keep them off of.Azura was bleeding from her wound, Sylvanas and herself couldn't heal and Ariel was currently busy with the larger creature so she couldn't heal her. "Run.....Run away, get out of here..Azura..! Sylvanas! We can't take all these!! Just run!" Yeah, like that was going to happen. The two girls did not move, instead kept trying to knock away any that got close. "S-stuubborn...." Ariel's deep blue eyes narrowed up at the creature, keeping her grip upon her staff. "You wont....Get anyone's hearts today..!" Suddenly, what felt like a sudden strong holy energy began to radiate from the young Cetra, her form being surrounded into a white, radiant light. The energy struck out in one massive wave, if the Shadowy creature wasn't holding on very well of the staff it would be blown right off!
The Cetra stood suddenly, the white light still flowing around and under her as her entire attire would begin to change into that of a elegant little dress, the skirt flowing just a little above the knees, golden anklets with white wings now there at her ankles, and similar bracelets with wings were now at her wrists. But what stood out most was the angelic wings that suddenly materialized at her back! Her staff also took a small change, the top held what looked like a golden star, and two angelic wings at ether side...
Ariel held the staff in front of her, that same radiant white aura shooting off toward all of the other Heartless that were surrounding Azura and Sylvanas!

??? The Figure hissed as the bright light engulfed it, it let go of the staff jumping back several feet away, without a true physical form the light was deadly, then beams of light came at thenfigure and the heartless, the shadows all vanished leaving the figure alone, it roared at ariel and the light she gave off "light! it burns!" the figure then vanished away from sight, trying to find hearts to devour ((lol card captures XD well the figure is gone, ill have some poor poeple get devoured when i find an image for it so it has a human form))

As soon as the figure disappeared along with the other ones, Ariel's form would return to normal, and she collapsed to the ground in exhaustion of this new source of power. It had taken a lot of energy from her, naturally. The holy energy did manage to heal some of Azura's wound at least enough to stop the bleeding, as well as healed heal a little of Sylvanas's injuries received during the short battle.Both girls hurried over to Ariel, who was out like a light. "Ariel..?? " They called out, gently shaking her. "...Where did she get that power from? .....She must have over done it...I don't think she can handle the energy it took from her so well....But she should be okay.." Azura said, sitting down and gently picking Ariel up some so she was at least resting in her lap, nearly forgetting about her own injure for the moment. At least it stopped bleeding! For now, she was more concerned for her friends... Sylvanas also joined to sit there with them...They could all use a break..
(( ooc: Lol. Thought so! Looking at some pictures of it now, can't find any that look more like that one though. >< Gods why can't I have the gift of art so I can draw all our characters? And haha. The figure is secretly a vampire or demon.. "Light! It burns!" ))

Seto Soon a powerfull gust of wind and from it stood seto, the keyblade master "Dam i could of sworn i sensed a powerfull darkness around here...hmm?" he then noticed the three girls nearby one passed out but he had no idea what happened so he might of expected alittle to much "umm what happened here, she didnt lose her heart did she?" he asked, it was a valid question, with poeple who do t know what happens when you lose your heart would think nothing of a dead body, but no it would become a nobody(lol the figure wants to suck your blood!)

Azura turned to the voice that suddenly spoke out not to far from them, to which she noticed was one from the mansion. "..There was....But she scared it off with her light, it seems.. No, she didn't. She passed out from over-use of her power. That thing, It was different from the regular Heartless I see, it had smaller ones trying to attack us but the bigger one was about the size of a human in human like form...It kept saying it wanted to 'devour' our hearts..! If this thing attacked, it might be looking for more victims.."

Edward Edge Geraldine Seto Seto sighed abit, some with relief and some with actual distress "well good news bad news...ugh more problems" he then simply plopped down on the ground sighing on his back "a human-like heartless...and its hunting for hearts..." he then sat up and looked to the girls "let me give you a run down on heartless...for one thing they are living darkness that crave hearts, that much is known, they rely on instincts like animals but...it seems we have an alpha heartless on our hands, a leader type, when they devour hearts eventually their hunger fades but....thats for human hearts...it then craves bigger prey...the hearts of the very worlds them selves... and the only effective weapon against them are these" he then brought forth his keyblade the twin and sighed "of course light is effective too...but to an extent, heartless with the emblem are ressistant to it"

Azura blinked, tilting her head as she listened to Seto explain about the Heartless furthermore. She really didn't know -that- much about them after all. "..So....how do we get weapons like that to fight them? Can regular weapons work at all against them? " That would be terrible news beyond anything if they couldn't fight them with normal weapons. There were only a few Keyblade welders in the world, and a TON of enemy's in this very line. And many seemed to be powerful with control of there own Heartless creatures. "...What ever it takes, I want to help protect everyone too....Though, as of right now I won't be of much help with my powers gone for a hopefully, short time. My main weapon was my Trident,would that have any affect on them? "

Seto sighed as he looked to his keyblade then smiled alittle "a keyblade....isnt just obtained just by anyone...the power must be past on by a weilder...me and my brother were chosen and given the power by our master, but regular weapons work on purebloods, the heartless without an emblem...but they are near infinite in numbers, but emblem heartless can only be completly destroyed by a keyblade, because within them is a heart that has been stolen and the keyblade has the power to free those hearts..." he then sighed again, it was sad that there was only a handfull of key weilders in exsistants right now then he had a thought "well you know me and my brother are looking for pupils to train" he mentioned to them

"..Oh..I see. I suppose I wouldn't be much of a keyblade wielder myself..I can't even handle a sword if I tried! " Such weapons just didn't suit her. So even if she was ever chosen in the future, she doubted she would be skilled enough to handle it. "But even so, I wish I could so I could help stop these creatures when they do show up like this. I'm at least relieved to know we can fight the little ones with regular weapons. I thought we were only in luck by the light scaring the ones that were attacking us here.." Azura sighed, how confusing this stuff was.

Seto Seto smiled abit then stood up and closed his eyes, he sensed them and smiled "the three of you have very pure hearts, be carefull ok, the heartless crave such purity, but so do villians...for their power...there are seven pure hearts that are a key to the largest threat i know, so dont trust everyone that has a keyblade, some are evil" he then walked away abit making his keyblade vanish, then looked back with a smile "take care" then a gust of wind blew by and seto was gone((staples called me, my laptop is fixed and i got a even better hard drive now! so off to pick it up!))

"Hmm. I think something was done like that, not very long ago in fact. A few of my friends hearts were taken. It was ...seven of them too. But I think they failed, whatever they were trying to do.I don't even know myself. They've all woke back up, so there fine now. But thank you. I will keep that in mind.." The only one's she really knew of were Riku, Sora and names she's heard around, Ventus and Aqua, but never really met any of them. Watching as he stood and seemed to be departing, Azura lifted a hand, giving a small wave. "You too, Bye then.."
Then, she glanced back down to Ariel, who was still asleep in her lap.Sighing, her gaze went back to the horizon a moment. "Heartless, keyblades....what is next for this word? " She whispered under her breath.
"Sylvanas. You don't have any....teleporting power at all, do you? I need to get to my remedies..All my herbs are in Serenity Island..." She wouldn't admit it, but that still-unfully-healed wound was rather painful.
